I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.

It got me where the kids and I needed to go, just too small for a family but that is what I got at the time. Had issues with the oil distributer and had to get it replaced, luckily under warranty, other than that, no problems really. Pretty reliable!
Good process for buying a car, slow for signing final papers

The process of selecting a car and getting the purchase process started was excellent. However, when it came time to sign the final papers, and we had an appointment, we still had to wait almost an hour. With 2 kids in tow, this was a bit of a frustration.

This car is Just what I wanted!! Lots of leg room and plenty of room for storage. It has brand new tires and It's Beautiful!!
The service rep was genuinely friendly, and the service was completed within the estimated time-frame. I was completely satisfied with the experience, and plan to have this dealership service my car in the future.

This is my second Sportage. This car is perfect for an active lifestyle. I can fit my bike in the back with the seats down, the KIA roof racks are great for transporting my kayak and it is great in the snow. It is just the right size and easy to drive with good visibility. Gets decent mileage and takes regular gas.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have never had a positive car shopping experience before I made my way to this dealership. No wheeling and dealing, just honesty and great service.

Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
I stopped to look at a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. After reviewing the CarFax the car was a Canadian Import car, which means that the factory warranty is null and void in the U.S., and the vehicle history details in Canada are not as comprehensive as the U.S. Buyer beware! The sales person told me the OEM factory warranty was still in tact, which is concerning.

Great performance for a 4 cylinder. Easy handling. Very nice design for a compact SUV.
All necessary features that I needed; example: "handsfree Blue Tooth". This was one of the top features that I was looking for. Adaquate safety features was very important to me since I am a Professional Nanny transporting children.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

We just purchased the EX model for our daughter. We love the size and safety features- airbags, brakes, stability control and she feels higher than a sedan and can see over the hood very well. It’s super cute . The only negatives are the seat is a little hard and the rear window is a little narrow. Fortunately the large back up camera helps!
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

The Kia Sportage is a very nice car. My son enjoyed driving it as well as loving it. It's a perfect size SUV for our son.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!
Brake, Roator, and Axle Problems

I bought my Kia Sportage brand new in 2015 and the steering always felt a little loose. It is now three years later in 2018 and I’ve had to replace all new brakes and roters. After two months of having those repairs done my axles have gone bad. Due to the car being only three years old, there are no Kia dealerships that have any axels in stock and the dealership will have to order the part from overseas for me to get a new one. This car is terrible on gas also. Kia and Hyundai vehicles have very faulty parts to them and when repairs are needed, watch out, you will pay a lot out of pocket.
I made an appointment for service and was able to get right in. The waiting room is fantastic. Wireless Wi-Fi is provided as well as a charging station. Additionally, hot cookies, water, coffee, and hot chocolate were also available.
Jim Greenberg really took care of me & answered my questions. Manager Shane was so professional & courteous. Thank you Dion for making the numbers work for me. I felt very relaxed & not like I was being tricked. This was the best car purchase I've ever had & I highly recommend this team to everyone wanting to be treated right!! Thanks all of you!!!
