Very easy experience getting a car from Sam...He was patient and knowledgeable about the car we wanted...When we had more questions he bought his manager over to try and accomodate us the best he could.

It got me where the kids and I needed to go, just too small for a family but that is what I got at the time. Had issues with the oil distributer and had to get it replaced, luckily under warranty, other than that, no problems really. Pretty reliable!
Thank to Alora I walked out with a 2017 Nissan Sentra. She kept it real with me. She was VERY Confident, Resourceful, Empathetic and Patient! Please go to Alora! She was super helpful!

This is my second Sportage. This car is perfect for an active lifestyle. I can fit my bike in the back with the seats down, the KIA roof racks are great for transporting my kayak and it is great in the snow. It is just the right size and easy to drive with good visibility. Gets decent mileage and takes regular gas.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
We just purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Bridgewater Kia. We visited Bridgewater Kia based on the positive experiences from prior customers posted on Dealerrater.com There is a sign in the showroom that says: ???Our job is not to sell you a car, our job is to help you buy a car???. That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Dan, (who is referred to in the prior ratings) also stopped by to talk to us and was very gracious. We highly recommend Bridgewater Kia and Brett and the team if you are looking for a new KIA.

Brake, Roator, and Axle Problems

I bought my Kia Sportage brand new in 2015 and the steering always felt a little loose. It is now three years later in 2018 and I’ve had to replace all new brakes and roters. After two months of having those repairs done my axles have gone bad. Due to the car being only three years old, there are no Kia dealerships that have any axels in stock and the dealership will have to order the part from overseas for me to get a new one. This car is terrible on gas also. Kia and Hyundai vehicles have very faulty parts to them and when repairs are needed, watch out, you will pay a lot out of pocket.
Came across a beautiful yellow Mustang ecoboost premium and I gotta give a shout out to not only my salesman: Jarred, but also two others who were extremely patient with me during the process and helped me out a bunch: David and Danny. Treat people with the respect they deserve to get respected back. Great service guys. Thanks

Great performance for a 4 cylinder. Easy handling. Very nice design for a compact SUV.
All necessary features that I needed; example: "handsfree Blue Tooth". This was one of the top features that I was looking for. Adaquate safety features was very important to me since I am a Professional Nanny transporting children.
Everyone was very patient and accommodating. I was a pain but they did everything in to make me happy including putting leather seats in my car.

We just purchased the EX model for our daughter. We love the size and safety features- airbags, brakes, stability control and she feels higher than a sedan and can see over the hood very well. It’s super cute . The only negatives are the seat is a little hard and the rear window is a little narrow. Fortunately the large back up camera helps!
This is my third lease from Gateway Kia and as always I received exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend working with Gateway Kia, they listen to your needs and do whatever they can to make the deal work for you.

The Kia Sportage is a very nice car. My son enjoyed driving it as well as loving it. It's a perfect size SUV for our son.
