First, I ended up not buying a car here but that was only because they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I do want to say that I had a very pleasant experience at Fitzgerald Outlet, though. I worked with Walter "Chet" Wilkinson and he was superb. Knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all not in the least bit pushy or a typical "car salesman"; I'd have just walked out in that case. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership (who had a similar philosophy as Fitzgerald - no haggle. no pressure) and it really only boiled down to the fact that the other place happened to have a vehicle which fit the bill, so to speak. I very much would recommend Chet and company if you're in the market for a used car - no plaid jacket and smoke and mirrors.
Service managers were very nice and explained only services that were due at time of inspection. I also felt all prices that were presented to me were fair prices. The wait time was slightly long, but it was explained to me that that was not usual but due to some car models having a recall and parts that needed replacement.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
Vince was so thorough in every aspect of making our experience a smooth one. Je answered all of my concerns with educated answers. We only drove one car which he picked from the inventory and bought it because he listened to our needs and satisfied them. Definitely he will be our salesman for life. Thankyou.
This is my third Kia Optima and I go NOWHERE but to Friendly Kia for service. I know the level of service I expect and get will be high. I look forward to coming here and they make you so comfortable in the new lounge area. Can't remember who checked me in and out of service but he was excellent.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The vehicles all look brand new on the outside and interior. The prices are great. My only suggestion is to have the car checked independently before buying it. I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first on had a the side mirror signal go bad a week or so after purchase. No way they could have known that beforehand. The 2nd car, my wife got stranded because the battery was bad and the mechanic said it didn't look like the correct one for the vehicle. I also had to replace all the tires after a month and the front brakes are only "a couple months from needing replaced" too. All told, the tires, brakes and battery cost me about $1200, but I probably saved more than that because it was sold much cheaper than anywhere else, so it's a give and take here.
I want to thank everyone at EVO. Motors for a excellent experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the purchase of the car I bought. I especially want to thank Daria and Zac. They are excellent employees that make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I would give them both a raise and bonus!
This is my first experience with Century Kia. I dealt with Paul, a service manager I would rate as A plus. His courtesy and professional attitude made my visit pleasant. They thoroughly inspected the car (2014 Sorento), which only needed a new battery. Even so, they had a look at my brakes and my cooling and air systems. I had them replace my windshield wipers and my air conditioning filter. There was no attempt to pressure me into buying what I did not need. The entire experience took less than two hours. They served refreshments. They kept me informed. They even hand washed my car. I live more than 25 miles away and had my car towed to their facility rather than having it taken to a less reputable Kia dealership located only three minutes from my home. I’m certainly glad for that decision. Century has become my Kia dealership and the service department is first rate.
James was a very down to earth VIP specialists. His no pressure info was easy to listen to. My wife and I had many annoying experiences in New York buying cars. James was as smooth as holiday egg nog! Great fun!
