I recently purchased a new 2019 Kia Sportage LX and am absolutely in love with the car! The staff is absolutely phenomenal and i will definitely be a returning customer! Make sure to ask for Hayden Joeckel when you go in, he was absolutely AMAZING in helping me figure out the best car for me (and price) and I couldn't be happier! Best of all, he wasn't being pushy at all, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my needs and it really showed that he put me first! He's definitely my go-to car guy now! I can honestly say, this was the first time that I've purchased a car and left feeling 110% satisfied, happy, and confident about my new vehicle! Hayden definitely goes above and beyond!
My experience with Crowley Kia was FABULOUS! From the minute I started (received a call in no time after putting in a request online), to the minute I drove off the lot with my gorgeous new Sportage, everything was stellar. Robbie B. was my guy and he took excellent car of me! He made me feel completely welcomed and comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ... I will absolutely be back and referring my friends!
I went to Executive Kia to purchase my Kia Forte 5. My sales person was Mike. We handled half of the business and paperwork thru emails, everything was quick and painless ??? the dealership made the process easy. Mike communicates absolutely quick and clear way, I never had to wait not even 15 minutes to get response to my email questions, meantime there was no-pressure, and never felt being rushed when I had to make decisions over important questions like my old car's trade value or the finance of the car. Mike is a trustworthy, professional and polite salesperson, he deserves 5 stars with a big plus. Also had fantastic experience with Christine, the business manager of Executive Kia. She is an absolutely "no games here" manager. The final price and the old cars trade price was exactly as negotiated, with no last-minute surprises. She was attentive to my needs, asked lot of questions before gave me different options for the car finance, warranties and extra insurances. It was my best car buying experience ever.
I went to executive kia to look at the kia soul ev and my sales person was Mike Crespo . Mike was very knowledgeable about the electric car . There was no pressure at all . The whole process was very smooth and i enjoy my new kia.

He also patiently walked me through each and every portion of my car and how to operate it. Everyone always helped me, from Joe to Lou, to the entire staff, everyone was nothing but professional. The salesman, Zack, was wonderful. I was dreading going through the car buying process. I looked at many dealerships and talk to many sales people but Zack by far Is the best to work with. He answered questions immediately yet was not overly pushy at all. I highly recommend this dealership, especially working with Zack as a salesman. I could not be happier with my purchase.

There is nothing bad I can say about Kia of Milford. From the moment I leased my first Kia in 2011, to now. Jennifer in the service department is the best. She was able to answer all questions and help in every way possible she knew the question and answer before I even asked. David in the sales room, is the best if you want somebody who can help you get in the car you want and know more about vehicles than the makers of the car he's the one to go to. Tyler Impressed us so much with his attitude toward life and his attention to us as customers and our needs. The tour he provided us with the dealership showed the pride he has in Bandfon and in the Hyundai product he represents. We were so impressed that we purchased 2 new Sonatas.

Jeff and I go a little back. I've known him for a few years now. I was in the market a few years ago and had an idea of what vehicle I wanted but unsure of where to go and who to work with, I landed on this exact site amongst others reading reviews to find the ideal person to work with. Jeff became that guy instantly. Through the purchase of a new 2016 Kia Optima SXL and a new 2017 Kia Sportage EX, we've developed a friendship. We've been in contact since the first purchase and every time we've talked since then, I mentioned that I was interested in a Kia Stinger to replace my Optima due to how special the Stinger is and desiring to drive something sporty. I skipped on the 2018 model but when the 2019s came around, as soon as Danbury Kia received one in a rare color combination fully loaded, Jeff contacted me immediately and we agreed on a deal before I even arrived to Danbury Kia. Jeff is trustworthy and truly a man of his word. He makes the impossible happen and ensures that you leave Danbury Kia completely satisfied. He will only put you in something that meets your needs, never over or under sell you. I couldn't speak any higher of Jeff. He is not only an asset to Danbury Kia but to the Kia brand overall.
