My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.

The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
Duke did great job! Help me with best select on vehicle. Offer best programs. Kia at Buford perfect place for you to buy a vehicle.

Was reluctant to purchase a Kia, but after driving it I am very pleased with the handling of the car, the interior is comfortable and roomy and purchasing regular gas has put more money in my pocket. Love My Kia
I bought my Kia in 2015 and have loved it. I decided I wanted to upgrade to an SUV. They tried so hard to make it work. I was just too upside down on my car I own now but they are great. From the receptionist to the sales people they are all willing to do what it takes to make you a great deal and make you feel important. I will never by anywhere else.

This vehicle is the best value and reliability by far for any car in its class. With the manufacture warranty what it is you have the confidence that you made the right decision in purchase.

My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.

This is the 3rd Kia Sportage I have had. All 3 have been the EX trim, and all have been different body styles. This current Model, the 2018 is in a world of its own. I still hear negative things about Kias from those who have never owned one. This vehicle is top notch in every way. The amenities are numerous, the ride and drive quality is beyond your expectations, and the versatility is astounding. They are simply fantastic! If you are in the small SUV market, drive everything else first, then drive the Kia Sportage. I think you’ll agree that you’ll quickly forget about the other test drives. It is simply so much more for the price than any other make with similar packages. You will not be disappointed!

The 2018 Kia Sportage I purchased is beautify designed and well built. The Brushed Copper finish catches your eye immediately. The car condition was clean and had all the features I was looking for...... All for a very reasonable price. For me it was pretty much love at first sight.
We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.

I am past my prime and getting in and out of sedans took a lot of effort. In my kia its a breeze love the feel and the 4 wheel drive is absolutely fantastic
After having a bad experience at another kia dealership , i came across an absolute angel .Annaise Morning she was able to do in 24hrs what the other dealership fail to deliver in over a week.Her positive attitude and great energy made the sale .Alan in the finance department was very good also. Great team

Exactly what you’d want/ need in a car. It’s my second Kia. Great gas mileage and it’s a good looking vehicle. I’m very happy with it.
This was by far the most amazing car buying experience. BMW of Gwinnett had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales advisor, David, was very professional and friendly. I purchased a BMW X1. I was initially was seeking to purchase a certified used one, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. So David worked a deal for me, and I was able to purchase a brand new X1 for the same price as a the certified used I was originally shopping for. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I live about 250 miles from Atlanta but based on previous car purchases I knew it sometimes pays to travel to get a good price. I didn't choose Rick Case Kia because of their reputation. In fact, I didn't even read the reviews. I chose Rick Case because I found the specific exterior/interior color combination of the Kia Sorento I wanted and they had a recent price reduction posted on their website. I initiated contact via online form. That was on a Thursday evening and I was checking to confirm availability. I heard back late Thursday night that the vehicle was avaiable. I replied and asked about getting that posted price AND the 0% financing through Kia Motor Finance. On Friday I received an email from Kendrick, the Sales Manager, with an out the door price quote. There was a slight difference due to not being able to combine one of the offered rebates with the 0% financing but that was understandable. I asked Kendrick if they were being aggressive on trade-ins and he said they were. My trade-in was a Mazda 6 and Kendrick said that there is a Rick Case Mazda dealership close to the Kia one and that someone from there would be able to appraise my car. I had arranged for a relative to ride with me in case I decided to keep my Mazda. She had to cancel but after having talked to Kendrick I felt confident driving alone with the expectation I would get a fair trade value. I told Kendrick I would drive up Saturday and on Saturday morning, sales associate Dylan called me to confirm I was still coming and said to ask for him when I arrived. I arrived about 2:30 and Dylan had me supply some preliminary info for my trade-in. While my car was being appraised we took a test drive and Dylan thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. When we returned Dylan had me fill out the credit app. He returned shortly with a final out the door price including my trade-in value. I signed right away because it just felt right - all the numbers were good. It did take a while to get in with Mr. Yi, the Finance Manager, because of problems with their system that day but he was very friendly and explained additional extended warranty options without making me feel overly pressured. After signing the final papers with Mr. Yi it took a while longer for them to finish detailing my new vehicle.
So there you have it. Probably less than 4 hours at the dealership total to purchase a new vehicle and trade one in. I don't think it can get much easier than that. And I'm loving my new Kia Sorento SX! Very refined ride quality. A few nitpicky things but, overall, Kia has done a great job.
I would definitely give Rick Case Kia a shot at earning your business if you have the opportunity.
I would definitely do business with this dealership again. Steven (salesman) and El Rico (finance manager) were so great! They were very professional and caring people. Plus, I got an excellent price and warranty on my car. Couldn't be happier :)
