I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Saw vehicle on line, spoke with Tim H. He was great to work with. We came from Illinois to see\purchase vehicle. They had it all ready for us to view, it was horrible weather, they had it inside for us to view. Justin the financial guy was also great to work with. Loved his sense of humor. Let me start my saying we are long time Honda Vehicle owners. And when it was time to trade in our CRV, my wife Collen went to a local Honda dealer where we had bought 5 vehicles in the past. She was treated poorly. So I contacted KIA of Brooklyn Park, I talked to Wendy she set up an appointment with Vadim. Everyone involved was first rate, and treated myself and my wife with respect. Vadim went thru the Sportage in great detail with my Wife. She took if for a drive and decided to buy it.
Purchased 2018 Kia Sportage, safety system prevented a crash. I am sure that it , also, prevented great bodily harm to me....and that’s very good.
This is exactly why I bought a Kia and another reason to purchase from Barnett Kia.
Barnett took it upon themselves to apply for a loan from a random bank without my permission when my original loan was rejected from my bank. The process started as them telling me there were rules for applying for car loans from banks. I only wanted $1,500 and they said minimum was $6,000. They did not know what they were doing. There also was a new rule at my bank that you could not take out a loan on an older car. Run. Stay away. Let them go bankrupt. Find an honest dealer.
For a few weeks my car started to move left and right upon acceleration. I looked online to see what the possible causes could be and found out it could be due to multple issues from tire pressure to alignment to wheel bearings. So I scheduled and appointment and took it in for a diagnostic test at the dealer in the morning. There was a fee for the diagnostic test then labor and parts if needed but it had to be done so i accepted. An alignment check showed both wheels moving in opposte directions and a technician needed to inspect it further. I had planned to wait for the repair but it was a busy day at the dealer and they decided to provide me with a car for the day free of charge. In the afternoon I was informed that it was a control bar that needed to be replaced but had to be ordered in and would not arrive till the next day. I was able to keep the loaner car over night so that helped. I was a little concerned about the repair bill but it had to be done. Some how the repair gods heard mr concerns. The next day i was so relieved to hear that the part and repair costs were covered under warranty. Luther Nissan was very professional and honest with the whole service process. I was reassured of my decision to choose them over another Nissan dealer.
No complaints. I was greeted warmly and respectfully. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was seen right away. Taylor Minners is well polished and personable. The oil change and tire rotation were done before I had expected. I will definitely recommend Luther Nissan Kia Inver Grove Heighs to others. The coffee is good also.
Had an Awesome experience today at Plymouth Cornerstone! Charlie and Annette were Friendly, funny and most of all very knowledgeable! I most definitely will be back!
