This was my first car buying experience, on my own. I was quite apprehensive, as I had heard horror stories about people being pressured to buy what they really didn't want by pushy salesmen. Ben Auert was friendly, professional, and patient. He took his time and made sure that I understand every part of the car buying process. At no time did I feel pressured or bullied. Ben even took the time to help me get the bluetooth/UVO app set up in my car. I now have a my first new car, a 2019 Kia Soul, and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Ben and Universal Kia!!!

Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. After dealing with Rivergate KIA almost quit KIA then found Franklin KIA where they really treat you good, just had my 3rd free service, which came with car sale, and have been treated well, and has always been in an hour, including the car wash.Jennifer Hardman was able to answer all my questions every time and even personally showed me how to set up my SUV to tow behind my RV. Great place to buy a car .
Good experience at the dealership. Made things very easy. Obviously they will try to sell you a vehicle at the highest possible price but that's any dealer. As long as you know what you are willing to pay before you walk in, the negotiation part was fairly simple. I would buy again.
Every individual i came in contact with from the time I arrived to the time I left acknowledged me with smiles and was very polite. Was very impressed with the time i spent there the car buying transaction did not take long at all. Am very pleased with the car and the perks you receive when buying a KIa. This was my first time buying a car that I would need to finance alongside a downpayment. Ronnie was patient as I looked through vehicles and helped explain the process of financing thoroughly once I had decided on two cars I liked. I felt comfortable throughout the process and never felt pressured towards a certain vehicle. Michael in financing was also great, and made me laugh quite a bit too! I would recommend this dealership to others considering buying a new or used car.
Terrence was very helpful and accommodating Terrance answered all of our questions and was good to help us as we went out and drove the vehicle I would recommend Terrance as a good sales person to talk to if you're buying another vehicle.
