Professional, courteous. Got a call from receptionist that I had been over billed (on credit card) by $30. I checked my receipts and she was correct. She took care of crediting my acct. for the $30. I was extremely happy that she called - admitted the mistake and corrected it immediately. That is excellent customer service and review. Thank you!
Also, I have a bit of a problem walking - one of the reps offered to get my car and bring it to the front door while I was paying the bill. That was extremely helpful and generous.
got it fixed. Car was in several weeks ago with a rattle; asked to check and only found a broken wheel-well liner...changed, but rattle still there. Took car in this time for oil ,change and possible gas/oil dripping. Found leak on oil line to turbo, ALSO found a broken spring. Both were fixed. Guess what? The rattle went away. Maybe that was the rattle from before that was not found.
My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.
Trisha reached out to me within a day of showing interest in a car. We set up a meeting for a test drive. I was contacted the same day of the year drive to be told the sold the vehicle at auction. I bought a car elsewhere.
Working with Joseph was the best car-buying experience I’ve had! He was professional, tailored his service to all my needs and wants, and was respectful and charismatic. He created a positive and happy experience as soon as I walked into Driver’s Village and made sure I was comfortable at all costs. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from him!
I liked how helpful everybody was when it came down to deciding to lease or buy. I also liked how I was not pressured into making that decision and I liked how quickly everything went. Overall a very good place to shop for a car.
I came with cash to purchase a car. Jim was polite but lowballed my trade. I came the next day for delivery and was treated less important than those who were shopping for a car. It is not acceptable to be treated second class after so much of my hard earned money was spent in your business. The price was good, the service was not. Disappointed is the feeling, not sensational. I would have loved to be treated sensational.
