Jack Bass was courteous, polite and knew his product. He explained everything and was very helpful with questions that I had. He was not a pressure salesman which was wonderful to see. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone buying a Kia from your dealership. Ed Cotto has been my go to service person since owning my previous car and has always been excellent to work with.

My name is Kyle and Alonso salazar and Marc Anderman really went to bat for me in my hour of desperation. My charger engine blew up and with my baby a week away from being born i needed a vehicle quickly. I had no money for a down deposit. Anybody can sell a car, but our sales rep, Tim Lile, did it with class and amazing product knowledge. He kept in touch with us during the decision making period without being pushy. He is personable and honest. The dealership itself is a pleasant place to visit; clean with good snacks. We would easily recommend it to neighbors and friends. We also happen to think we got a great car for the money!
