Have you ever just wanted to stop in a dealership and test a car without the hassle of a salesperson saying at the end of the ride "so are you ready to make a deal?"
Buying a car should not be a drive-through experience. If I want that I will run by Chick-fil-a. I am not spending $6.00 but my well earned $26,000. Kia's used dealers did not treat me like a McDonalds customer - Marshall treated me like a lady.
As I walked in I politely stated that I was car looking and did not want pressure top buy today, and both Marshall Robinson and later Buster Pridmore got it. They are old school car dealers working with an under 50 who appreciates what old school means.
The car I wanted was not on the used lot where they are located currently, but on the new lot but they could sell those too - and if I decided to buy a Kia anytime soon it would be from Marshall. He took me on a test drive, was interested in what I was looking for and about me, but not in an insincere way. His conversation was light and gave me time to think about the vehicle I drove - which was AMAZING. Toyota and Honda are outpacing themselves and if you are looking for a van or crossover Kia is equal to them on safety ratings, or above, and the amenities in the car are WAY above!
On the way out Buster gave me some helpful tips about Kias and car buying in general, and both he and Marshall told me they "hoped to see me again."
You will guys - because after car shopping all over the Rock Hill and Charlotte area, you two were a breath of fresh air! You know you KIA - thanks for sticking it out when KIA was top notch and making a new lover of KIA's appreciate where KIA has come from - STRAIGHT. TO. THE TOP!
(And by the way Marshall ... car dealers who dress like they make a mint and are flashy make me feel like I am paying for swag and fast talk. Keep it conservative - it works for you and many other customers like me.)
Had a great experience purchasing my new car from here. Everything went perfectly smooth and they went out of their way to get the car I wanted from a different lot brought over. Ty Lewis went over everything with me and really improved the process. I will be back for my next car.
