I have a 2023 X Pro Prestige, it has all options, and was tossed between the two top lines, but got the off road for suspension reasons.....Rides great, not a bunch of power, but performs OK on interstate and around town....It has so many safety options that usually come with High end models......right now it has around 4200 miles, and I'm very satisfied, and I'm pretty picky on vehicles. It is a beautiful black with gray comfortable interior......just an all round good SUV for the cost.....But, I will do another review if it changes...!!!!!

Have always had good service at Coughlin Kia of Lancaster. They sit down and explain all that has been done on the car. Only had oil changes, etc. done but those have been quick and so far no problems.

I have the hybrid Sportage Prestige it is a great car and has some self driving features. Suppose to get 38 MPG, only get 34 MPG, maybe driving to fast. Very quiet and smooth, with good pick-up.

We had an amazing experience with everyone. I enjoy the buying process and the people make you feel like family. This is the second time for us to purchase a car with them. Love it.

One of the best cars for safety on the road for sure. 5 cameras, almost drives itself. Totally new design for 2023 I have over 12,000 miles on my Kia Prestige Sportage Pro. Smooth ride and plenty of extra space in cargo and rear seating. Huge hi-tech screen, bigger than Telsa and easier to use. Do not pass go visit a dealership today. Average 28 MPG on freeways.

This was a phenomenal place to buy a car. The staff were pleasant, greeted you warmly and very helpful!! Best decision I have made yet!! We had looked everywhere for a Kia Sportage and drove over 2 hours as they had several to choose from. It was well worth the drive.

Brought it as a gift to my mother. She has been loving every minute of the car. None stop comments on how nice (Wolf Grey) the color is. I especially love the inside from the seats to the technology that’s being used inside the car. Would highly highly recommend if you’re looking into getting a Kia no regrets. LOVE IT!!

Ordered the car I wanted with the interior that I want. Salespersons very honest about how long I would have to wait for car. I told her what I wanted and the color and that they need make no attempt to get me to buy something I didn't want. There were no hassles or hidden fee, My only complaint is that they appear to be short on mechanics and service personal which can make your wait long,

My Kia had 23,500+ miles. It would not start...had to have it towed to Germaine. The next day I was informed that My Kia Soul wouldn't start due to a recall. Very quickly Kia Corp advised to install a new engine as this was a recall pertaining to piston rings at no cost to me. Also I was given a Hertz rental car at no cost to me.

Nick and the Service Department were very knowledgeable and informative, explained what was going on in terms I could understand, making you feel a feeling of trust and confidence in the dealership. I am looking into another KIA now.

Had a great experience buying a used car! I found the perfect suv I had been searching for and with COVID I had been looking for awhile and other dealerships were either rude or wouldn’t come out to help also everyone post their cars online but would leave them once they were sold and some even posted vehicles that weren’t even ready to be sold for weeks later. I recently had my Kia in for service and worked with service manager Alex Greenland, and he made this experience truly easy and painless. I had a minor concern and scheduled oil change the day of my appointment. They were able to fix my concern the same day and finish everything rather quickly which I appreciate with my busy work schedule.

When my catalytic converter broke down on my Soul and I didn't know what to do Alex went above and beyond speaking with Kia and the dealership. Alex managed to do the impossible and had my car repaired without charge. Since the day I bought my car I have always brought it to Crown for repairs. The service department is always amazing and always a pleasant wait. Thank you again Alex Greenland and Crown, you have made a lifetime customer with myself and my family.

Crown Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They were able to get me in last minute for an oil change before I left on vacation. It took a little longer then normal, but was ok because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Alex Greenland was polite and super helpful. Highly recommend Crown Kia.

Excellent service center! Never had a problem. Alex the service manager is always on top of his game! They even deliver my car back to my work for me!
