I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
My salesman Johnny Tofo was excellent right from the start . He helped me get all the rebates that were out there and get the best rate when it came to the financing. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia they need to contact Johnny at FX Capara.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!
My husband and I had the best experience at Lupient we've ever experienced at a car dealership! Seamus and Dustin, with the help of Chad as well, made trading our 2015 Sierra SLT for a new 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate not only quick and easy, but it was very enjoyable and we appreciated truly being treated as a guest and not just another potential buyer. Seamus went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. As long as the Lupient team continues to deliver the personal touch, we will be Lupient loyal.
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!
Bill Devine, as always, greeted me as I entered and got my car ready for service. He provided excellent information. In addition, the communication is top notch as is the quality fo work. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be.
Sara L. in Service is a gem! She always greets us with a smile and treats us like family (we are a Mini family, purchased 7 from this dealership) . I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Sara texted me on the status of my mini and informed we when the repairs were completed. My car was ready the next day. Fast service! Great customer service! I highly recommend Mini of Fort Myers!
The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !
I have purchased 5 cars from Fort Bend Kia. All of my service work there . The Staff is great....overwhelmingly nice, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have never had any service rep try to sell me something or repaired that was not needed. Very comforting...no surprises. We always have a great experience when we get our vehicles service here. Everybody is very friendly and my husband was very excited this last time to find that they are pet friendly and that he was able to bring his dog with him and sit in the waiting area. We would definitely recommend Kia's services to our friends and family.
I went in to this dealership to replace my old VW. I wasn't totally sure what exactly I wanted. I ended up dealing with Trent and this guy was a great help. He was super cool and patient with me as I looked and debated multiple different cars on the lot and gave me good honest advice as to what he thought I might like based on what I mentioned. Trent was not at all pushy and ultimately helped me find the exact right car for me. I could not be more excited! As for the rest of the team they were just as friendly and helpful. The next problem was my credit. Im a first time buyer with very little credit history. The team here worked very hard for me to get me approved with a much better rate than any other dealer could. At the end of the day, these guys just want to help you get the car of your dreams period. This was a great buying experience for me.
Our service manager, Nick Trejo, was excellent: very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend this dealership to other people.
