I could use a little more power but wouldn't trade it for the gas mileage ,also wish kids had entertainment in the back. remote start is also on my wish list
Or lease was coming to an end So, we thought we would come in & get some ideas. We asked for Teresa, since she had helped us previously. As per usual she was excellent. We asked to see a Soul & a Sportage. Both were very nice . The color of the Sportage was deep red & a tremendous fit for both of us. Then Todd Castor was great help with explaining the paper work. This is our 5th Kia & undoubtably not our Last. Thank you Teresa & Todd.

The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
Well organized dealership , very professional . Was well satisfied with sales and handling of getting my wife and self into new auto . Highly recommend to all others in search of a car or SUV .

Was reluctant to purchase a Kia, but after driving it I am very pleased with the handling of the car, the interior is comfortable and roomy and purchasing regular gas has put more money in my pocket. Love My Kia
I have been waiting for the Kia Stinger for over 3 years to finally be available to purchase. When they announced that yellow would only be limited to 400 units, I didn't think I could get one. Jason Fox reached out to me through the kiastinger.com forums, and put me in touch with Lucas Boehm after a horrible experience with 5 other dealers.
Lucas was awesome to work with and we had a deal for the car worked out in about 2 hours via phone, text, and email.
Easiest car purchase of my life, and the best car ive ever owned. I can't say enough good things about Lucas, Jason, and the entire team at Kia of Muncie. I drove 550+ miles to go buy from them, so that should tell you how good they are.

This vehicle is the best value and reliability by far for any car in its class. With the manufacture warranty what it is you have the confidence that you made the right decision in purchase.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lucas was very down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and no nonsense, which was awesome. The people at Kia Muncie are genuinely good people and made the car buying experience easy.

THIS CAR HAS MET AND EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I PLAN TO GIVE IT TO GRAND DAUGHTER WHEN I GET A NEW ONE. THEY WILL FIGHT OVER WHO GETS WHICH ONE.
Rob worked hard to get my payments where i wanted them to be. All the staff was very friendly. The facility is very clean and they always have the best baked fresh cookies out for their customers while they are waiting .

Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
My husband and I stopped in to see about trading in my car. The first 2 gentlemen that approached us were very nice, but they only spoke to my husband. The third person we talked to, Brad, spoke to me. He found us an option that we qualifies for before even showing us anything. The process was quick and we drove off the lot in a brand new car. If Brad wouldn’t have took over, we probably would have left. He acknowledged that there were two of us present and that the car was for me and not my husband. Over all very pleased with the experience and with our vehicle choice.

This car spoke to me the minute i saw it.
I’m newly retired and it meets my needs. I love the ability to transport large items by follding downn the seats.. I’m also easily able to transport grandchildren and all of their gear.
Gas mileage is great.
This car will see lots of vacation travel.
The only reason I'm writing this is because Cars.com wanted a review for these guys. . . Be careful what you wish for!
Late one Friday night I was searching Cars.com for an older Chrysler 300C. I wanted specifically a Cool Vanilla white one; this dealer had the only listing on Cars.com inside a 50 mile radius at the time. They are a solid 50 miles from my house so there is no way I'm driving that far for a test drive unless I know for sure it is there and available.
Google says they're open until Noon on Saturday so it is important to communicate early so I can make the hour+ drive for this car, thus I used the Cars.com email feature to contact them and requested they call me to schedule a test drive.
You'd think it's a slam dunk, right? They had that car sold to me already, all they had to do was call the number or reply to the email and if we could have reached a fair deal (and the car was in as good shape as depicted) I'd have driven it home that day.
But they didn't call, and they didn't email, so they did not sell me a car.
You guys get 3 stars: Neutral . If you intend to use cars.com to sell cars, you should be responsive when potential customers use their tools.
Definitely planning to purchase within 90 days!
