Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.

Got a 2013 Kia Sportage and I love it! Great style, excellent handling, good mileage and best of all - great value for the money. Would definitely recommend a Sportage.

This vehicle is the best value and reliability by far for any car in its class. With the manufacture warranty what it is you have the confidence that you made the right decision in purchase.
Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Great amentities, lots of extras, has pep, stylish, sporty. Love the lights! Nice leather color interior. Cargo small but adequate. Appreciate the foldable mirrors, heated steering wheel and seats.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

I could use a little more power but wouldn't trade it for the gas mileage ,also wish kids had entertainment in the back. remote start is also on my wish list
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car spoke to me the minute i saw it.
I’m newly retired and it meets my needs. I love the ability to transport large items by follding downn the seats.. I’m also easily able to transport grandchildren and all of their gear.
Gas mileage is great.
This car will see lots of vacation travel.
The salesman made the buying process very easy when I purchased a used vehicle. All of the employees were very friendly and congratulated me on the purchase of a vehicle. I drove nearly three hours to make a purchase because they had the vehicle I wanted and I'm glad I did. I would shop with Adam's again given the opportunity.

The 2018 Kia Sportage I purchased is beautify designed and well built. The Brushed Copper finish catches your eye immediately. The car condition was clean and had all the features I was looking for...... All for a very reasonable price. For me it was pretty much love at first sight.

This is AWD, needed in northern Arizona winters. Basic 4-cylinder model with Convenience Package includes power driver seat, heated front seats, and donut spare tire. Vehicle has key start and none of the unwanted electronic features now packed into newer models. This Sportage is easy to drive and has decent utility for the size; didn't want superfluous stuff and what's in the package is just right.

I thought it was a good product until the motor seized up and it had an oil change 4 days prior. Kinda sucks. No recall for my engine but others have been . I have always taken care of these vehicles. but I have not been taken care of.
Very friendly staff. After a terrible break down within days of buying the vehicle was diagnosed with engine being blown. Excellent repair by BAM and it staff. Thanks!!

This was the first car I owned. This car taught me how to drive, drove my to and from the mountains where I went to college, and has taken me across the state, sat in rush hour with me, and taken my friends to the beach numerous times. I have pushed my car to the max, and she held up! I love the design, and the back seats folded down to fit all of my camping gear and college junk when I moved. LOVED this car. (Also very durable, got rear ended twice and not a scratch!)
I have just leased a Rogue SV from Huffman Nissan. I could not have been treated any nicer by the general manager, Kameron Huffman and the complete staff.

Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
Went there after going to multiple other dealers. Having 230 plus vehicles, we actually felt like we had options. Once we got there we where given time to actually walk around and look. WE found the perfect car for us and financing was very simple and quick. WE left there in a matter of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I live on a dirt road and the vehicle handles the wear and term of it terribly. It packs mud and snow which causes it to shudder until you blow it out with hot water. It burns through sensors like crazy, lower clearance rate than my 2008 sportage, seals on it are crap and it is constantly getting dust from the road. Loved my 2008 so I went with a sportage again will not be making that mistake again.
