Chad and the guys in the Service department are amazing. Chad kept me informed thru the whole process. They took me to pick up my rental truck and made sure I was kept informed about everything they found. You guys have a wonderful and friendly staff. I will be bringing all 3 of our dodges to you all in the future for any needed service. We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
Annalee the awesome saleswoman steered me in the right direction while I decided on my new car. She was knowledgeable and concise in explaining features and other aspects. While I waited in the building, other salesmen either offered a "hello" in passing or briefly checked in with me. Jeri in financing was thorough and humorous, very nice to interact with about business and life in general. My car was washed and the windshield treated while I was in with Jeri, and Annalee went over the interior basics before I left with my new Kia. My entire experience at Steve Hahn's was of high quality, and I am grateful for their help.
Matthew the car salesman was very polite and helpful in everything he did financing went well However on Monday when I took the title when they wanted 350 more dollars after the deal was done then tried to tell me that they ate at that part I wasn't impressed with over all experience good
I was in the market for a truck and trading in 3 vehicles. I found a truck I really like on their website and made an appointment after work. Pete was in touch via email and made the "dealership" experience much easier since its never fun having to deal with dealerships. Pete ha great customer service. Buying process what can I say it was easy but needs less paperwork. There needed some upholstery to b fixed which was completed in a timely manner and very professionally. Trucks Plus and Pete made the purchasing of a vehicle stress-free.
