As I sat in the waiting area I noticed how professional/respectful/considerate the managers were with each customer which allowed me to enjoy the coffee I had made while waiting. Ruth definitely provided me the best buying experience I have ever had in a vehicle purchase. She was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She listened to my situation (vehicle/deer wreck totaled by insurance). She was able to find some vehicle options, complete the preliminary steps via emails and text so when I drove in from North Platte all we needed was a test drive to verify it fit what I wanted, finish some small details and complete everything with finance. They are reliable, honest, going out of their way to help me out when I'm stuck without a vehicle. I call that excellence in service. When I decided I needed a new car, it was Brent who sat me down, explained things to me, it was so easy to make a decision on what car to get. The finance person was equally helpful. Luke and the team did a great job showing me the inventory and the various options available. IN ethe end - I got a good car at a good price. I spent significantly more than planned but got nearly all I wanted in the vehicle. Only major issue was garage door opener that was a must have for me and I was told was included - up to 8 devices - ended up not being included. Very disappointed in this significant miss.
