I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! After having a bad experience at another kia dealership , i came across an absolute angel .Annaise Morning she was able to do in 24hrs what the other dealership fail to deliver in over a week.Her positive attitude and great energy made the sale .Alan in the finance department was very good also. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. I can't say enough about Lavar. He actually sold me my Sorrento. He was an excellent salesman, and now in Service, he continues to exceed my expectations! He brought snacks in to us in the waiting area, apprised me of how my service was going, and finished my job before the expected time. He is always upbeat and personable. Lavar is a rock star!

Have been shopping for a new car for several months; test driving, researching and working on the best deal. After visiting 6 dealers Carriage Kia of Woodstock exceeded on each requirement. Mark, Josh and Jasmine were TOP NOTCH in each and every way. Have bought our fair share of new cars, however, have to say this was the easiest process from start to finish we have ever had. Came with excellent pre-approved financing and Carriage still beat it. Came with prices from other Kia dealers and they beat them and then some. We visited several times and Mark answered our questions WITHOUT any pressure to buy each time. For us when it came time to buy - Carriage was an easy choice - and NO not related to anyone there. Josh went over all the paper work quickly yet thoroughly and Jasmine followed up with any questions and walked us through how to use some of the new features and even took the time to program my phone. In a world that has almost forgotten what true customer service should be Mark, Josh and Jasmine took it to the stratosphere. From start to finish everyone there did everything right to make this a truly great car buying experience. If you want easy go to Carriage, I don't think any other dealer can touch them for efficiency, price and customer service and if you can believe it someone from service has already called to set up my first of two free oil changes included in the sale.
Rebecca Newman our sales person was great, she helped find the right car for our needs and helped tremendously in getting financing. However, when we arrived at the dealership we were hounded by TK who wouldn???t even let us get out of our car. I advised him that we were working with someone else and he still proceeded to follow us and wouldn???t leave us alone. It was extremely uncomfortable and I almost turned around and walked out.
I went to 5 other dealers 3 which were Kia dealers. When I came to Carriage everyone went above and beyond to help me get into a new Kia and I got a better interest rate and lower notes. This is the best dealership I have severe been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and you can tell they like their jobs. Thank you Carriage Kia
