they were ready for me shortly after I arrived, and the gentleman that works the service entry overhang was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cost of service appeared to be well worth the effort put into it. When car was done with service they vacuumed the inside of my car "I have been meaning to for months". Very Pleasant Experience.
This dealership is awesome. They are under new management and the change is great. Total different environment now relaxing and inviting. No high pressure to buy or fix unnecessary items on the vehicle.

Jack Bass was courteous, polite and knew his product. He explained everything and was very helpful with questions that I had. He was not a pressure salesman which was wonderful to see. We came to look for a newer car and were pleased to find a Sorrento at the right price. Daryl was very helpful in getting the buying process though to usual hurdle of paperwork. Have to say the paperwork was the quickest of any dealership I have ever dealt with. Very pleased with the purchase and we had one small issue with a headrest which they in the service department took care of quickly. Had the car three weeks and we all love it. We will come back when it's time to purchase a car.
The thought of having to go to a big dealership and spend all day negotiating the price and financing makes me sick to my stomach. I've had to do that to many times. Vehicle Clearing House and Rick are nothing like that. I came in to look at a particular car they had advertised and within an hour I was driving off the lot. They showed me all the reports and took me for a test drive and explained everything about the car. I completed a credit app and had my financing done in 30 minutes with one of the many credit unions they do business with. They even did all the tag transfer stuff on spot. love these guys.

Anybody can sell a car, but our sales rep, Tim Lile, did it with class and amazing product knowledge. He kept in touch with us during the decision making period without being pushy. He is personable and honest. The dealership itself is a pleasant place to visit; clean with good snacks. We would easily recommend it to neighbors and friends. We also happen to think we got a great car for the money!
