Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!
Service was great , except when I got to GreenRiver Rd and Spring Valley my low tire light went off and Lucus Oil was close, so they aired my tires up as my back two tires were low after having my tires rotated and told the air in my tires had been checked.
I bought my first brand new car from this dealer. They were very helpful and even sent a driver to go pick up my car from a dealership in Iowa. Brian and Aaron both did a great job and we will be shopping here again!
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! First and foremost, Sean Lynch is the Salesman to see! I needed a larger vehicle as I frequently drive my three grandchildren around at the same time. I was already in a KIA Soul and loved the car. The size was just not working. I was just about 1/3 of the way through my financing, so we were pretty sure we wouldn't be able to trade up. My husband was approached by Sean upon hi arrival at the dealership. Ethan liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, not pushy and willing to understand where we were coming from. Within minutes, Ethan was driving a Sorento. It was perfect, three rows of seats and back up cam, plus a few extras. When I got there, Mr. Lynch was equally cordial, and was happy to tell me that a car was on the horizon! But...... I didn't like the color! Sean immediately got on the phone to the surrounding dealers and promptly found the interior and body colors I wanted. We had plans for the evening, so Sean offered to drive our new car to our house, so that we didn't have to stay and wait. Our beautiful new Sorento was waiting in our driveway upon our return! Thank you Sean Lynch for making a very good car dealership into an awesome place to purchase your new car! You must check it out and ask for Mr. Lynch!

I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. He was professional and nice as was the rest of the staff. No pushiness and the dealership was very clean and neat. The best part is the staff picked the perfect car for me and I love it!!
Ronnie, your sale man was very helpful and very hard working to get us in a new vehicle. Ronnie & Clint worked there magic and got us a Brand new Jeep witch no one else could, always got the same run around cant do nothing. But they did.
This is the first vehicle I've bought where the salesman literally did not push anything off on me. He showed me the available vehicles they had I was looking for, explained the feature differences, and never tried to dissuade my decision. Wasn't planning on buying one, but the ease of this process and no pressure from the salesman, I left with a new vehicle. Thank you.

My husband and I recently purchased a Kia and Cliff was our salesperson. He patiently listened to our likes/dislikes, asked us many questions to help us narrow down our focus, and not once made us feel pressured in any way. He made our car buying experience a very enjoyable one.
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
