Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My salesman, Richard Acosta was wonderful and answered every question that we had. The dealership didn't have the color car that I wanted so they searched and found one. Someone went up and got it from the other dealership the same day at no charge. So far I love my new Atlas!

Archer KIA sold us our van which we paid fair price for. We also purchase the most complete warranty coverage they offered and we were glad we did. When the automatic sliding door started to fail, they took the car in and turned it over in about 24hours. They also were helpful in finding our information about the warranty. They never asked for the paperwork back from when we bought the car about year and a half ago, they sorted. I appreciated that. but the best part was that they also changed the other motor, for the door I haven`t complained yet, but it was also already giving me problems to close sometimes. Being a mother of 5 children and really needing a working reliable van, I gained confidence in my KIA and in my dealer. They took care of me in more than I had asked, in one trip and that was huge. I first went to the dealership from a recommendation my sister gave me after her recent purchase. I loved my charger and at first I felt that nothing will ever make me part from it. My sister told me that I needed to go see David because he was simply amazing and will do everything to help you find what you were looking for. I met David and we talked cars. I???m the type of person that knows cats and I have a need for speed! However, in my mind I was thinking Kia, ugh I don???t know about that. David showed me their newest edition at their dealership, the Kia stinger. My first impression was, ???wow! This was made by Kia???. It intrigued me to listen more. David was very knowledgeable about the features and the type of engine. I took the car for a test drive and I was immediately sold! David didn???t pressure me into making a purchase. I also test drive the premium stinger and David senses that I wasn???t happy with that car. He told me don???t worry I know the GT1 made you happy, let???s see what we can do for you. Long story short David, Rick and the owner made me feel as if I were family. They were attentive to my needs and I am ecstatic that I purchased my 2019 Kia Stinger GT1!
