The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
We leased a car at Kia Yonkers and here is what happened: 1) car arrived to us with a nail in the tire and we needed to return to dealership to get tire replaced (luckily, they replaced at no charge), 2) the salesperson brought us the car because it took a long time for the car to arrive. Apparently on his way to our place he drove through a toll and never told us and we received the bill for that in the email, 3) they were late in ordering our registration, and we got two tickets for this for a total of $130. I've called several times to ask about this and either voice mails are full or the salespeople don't return my messages.
the minute we walked threw the door we were greeted immediately by Moon Lee. What a delightful person to work with. With our many questions he was so patient with us and answered them in a timely fashion. After some time we leased a Kia Sportage and we are very happy. The entire staff who had a hand in our visit were pleasant as well, but Moon Lee was the best.. Thank you Moon Lee..
I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Yonkers kia. As you can see i gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to the end, specifically i would like give high praise to my salesman Tony Carrion, Not only was he genuine and a gentleman to me and family, but also a true professional. His approach is quite relaxed and there no pressure from him at all. Thank you Tony!
Placed this on Google Reviews, too: Went to the dealership service to fix something in my previous car, but was shown that my damage was more significant. So I decided right there and then to get a new one. Sales person Tony Carrion was thankfully there; not only did he take the time to make sure I got the best deal, but he made sure I got something safe, answered all of our questions without rushing us and explained all my options. Will go back for my maintenance and I would recommend the Yonkers Kia dealership!
When I traveled to Kia Yonkers I was asked to meet w/ Mr. Melo (Jerry), Of course being a Woman I was a liltle apprehensive and ready to fight for my budget to stay as low as possible with the car I wanted and a reasonable trade IN. After hearing Jerry, I was pleasantly surprised he listened. Gave Me the respect and courtesy I deserved, I got my Car - received a very good trade-in return. Mr. Melo was honest on top of everything. I really appreciated his attention when car was delivered, his taking care of all of our questions. Not the typical salesman. I would recommend Him to my friends and family (Already DID). Very happy Customer

I was really lucky to found the car I want in great place like raceway Kia, Glenn was my salesman and he was great and very friendly with me form the first until i left the dealer and 2 days later after I bought my car he still make sure everything with me and the car is good! Thank you so much raceway Kia!!!
Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
Clean Dealership and Courteous. Very accommodating. Need to educate call center for service calls and appointments. Could use better pricing for services.
