SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. Such a great experience getting our second vehicle from this store. Everything from our saleswoman, Reanne, to the gentlemen in the back getting my new MPV looking perfect for my family. we had our car in for a warranty covered repair and also had about 5 preventative maintenence things done isaac was our contact, he was very friendly, thorough and efficient, we brought the car in at 7:00 a.m. and we had it back by 1:30. we are very pleased. also, the temporary setup is very nice as that goes but the new one will be even better
