I cannot say enough good things about John Dukes, Gary O’Steen and Rios! I had been looking for a new vehicle for at least two weeks. I was torn between a Land Rover and a BMW. I called the Hennessy Auto store in Atlanta and spoke with one of their salesman. Told them what I was looking for and the salesman said he would get back in touch with me. I guess he got too busy. The next store my husband called this week was Land Rover Jacksonville here in Florida. My husband told the salesman man which vehicle he wanted to purchase and that he needed a picture of the monroney sticker so he could send it to our credit union. The salesman told him it just got there off the delivery truck. He would contact my husband within the hour with everything he needed. That call/text/email never happened. So yesterday 10/21/2021 I took it upon myself to call the BMW store in Gainesville, FL. I had previous dealings with this store because they have done all the recall work on my BMW sedan. I called got to speak with John Dukes whom did not hesitate to help me. Mr. Dukes is a manager up there and he handled every aspect of my purchase. Gary O’Steen was the salesman that showed me everything on the 2021 BMW I purchased. Rios was the finance manager that handled the paperwork. I called this store yesterday morning and by that afternoon I was driving my new 2021 BMW home. Thank you again John Dukes for valuing my business! God bless.

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

This experience has to be the best one for me. My sales person Zachary was the most people oriented, respectful, attentive and supportive. From the the delivery of the new car to the closing I felt very confortable.

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

This purchase of a new 2024 Mustang GT Prem Convertible took place entirely over the phone as the dealership had this car configured as I wanted. The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

Just purchased a barely used Jeep Cherokee latitude. The experience was good. We were treated with respect and we're very happy with it. There were a couple of bumps along the way before and after the sale. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Will definitely keep them in mind when we look for our next car

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Our 2016 Honda Pilot broke down driving form Nashville to Orlando. The service department was awesome and got the repairs done quickly. They were very honest and kept us informed during the process. I highly recommended them!!

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I’ve brought three cars from Gainesville Nissan. I had my eyes set on a 2016 Altima but it wasn’t in my price range at first. The offer I had was originally denied, but Mickey was extremely willing to help. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. His hospitality is amazing. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

I had the 2022 SX model of the Telluride and loved that car, I thought I would get an even better car in the 2023 but I was wrong. I don't like the fact that they took away some of the choices I loved about the 2022. Let's start with the instrument Cluster, In the 2022 you could change the color of the heads-up display but now white is the only color you can get. The 2022 car the car used to beep if you switch lanes without the tun signal and it would try it's best to keep you in your lane. The 2023 car doesn't not, all it does is vibrate and it doesn't even try to switch you back into your lane. Also the interior lights on the door in the dashboard are minimum at best, It's not as vibrant as it used to be. Also the grill is lack luster and I loved the way the lights on the 2022 were, None of this is a knock on the way the car drives tho. It's still smooth tho. I just like the 2022 version better. Hopefully they come out with an update to improve these things.

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

My wife and I live in Jacksonville, so naturally we looked around at the Honda dealerships here. Not finding a positive connection, we looked online and showed interest in a Fit that Lake City had. Not only did they outperform and out price ANY dealer in Jacksonville, they treated us like friends. They didn't sell us a car...they sold us on them. Not only did we buy the car but my family here plans on buying theirs in Lake City as well. I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.
