Words can’t even express how much I appreciated Mo at Great Lakes Honda West. He was not only super kind/funny but did not pressure a sale on me. He sat and listened to me and what I needed out of a car. If you are interested in a Honda vehicle I would 100% recommend Great Lakes Honda West and Mo.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

I'm thrilled with my purchase of a 2011 Toyota Camry from this dealership! The car is in fantastic condition, and the dealership staff made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. They were honest, accommodating, and provided all the relevant details about the vehicle's history. I feel like I got great value for my money. I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Good information extremely friendly I would definitely recommend to a friend or family. Will definitely be back someday to purchase another car or truck soon

I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

I love my Kia Optima, yes there's been a lot of recalls for Kia "but" they stand by there warranties. ("As long as you have followed warranty guidelines.")

Bought a used 2010 Kia Forte with about 80k miles back in 2017. This was my first car and boy was it reliable. It was pretty good on gas and it was no sports car, but it had just enough power to get up and go on the highway. It did have an unusual ticking noise coming from the engine since the day I purchased it but it still ran normal. We made it through some extreme winters and summers and it never left me stranded. I owned the car for almost 7 years and never had any major issues up until recently. I was able to make it to about 198k miles before the engine crapped out. Overall, I loved this little car and would recommend it to any first time drivers.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

Eddie was very easy to work with and super kind. He answered all of my silly questions without judgement. He allowed me to take the car for as long as I wanted and I felt no pressure whatsoever. When I expressed concern about a noise I heard, he drove the car with me to see if it were something he could fix BEFORE I purchased. I trust him and love my car!

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

What impressed me was there was no hard sell. I didn't have someone following me around unless I had questions to try to sell me something I didn't want. In addition buying from a faith based car dealership was very impressive. So nice to see there are still companies that aren't there to see how much they can get for the almighty buck. This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase
