I can't say enough about Lavar. He actually sold me my Sorrento. He was an excellent salesman, and now in Service, he continues to exceed my expectations! He brought snacks in to us in the waiting area, apprised me of how my service was going, and finished my job before the expected time. He is always upbeat and personable. Lavar is a rock star!
Rebecca Newman our sales person was great, she helped find the right car for our needs and helped tremendously in getting financing. However, when we arrived at the dealership we were hounded by TK who wouldn???t even let us get out of our car. I advised him that we were working with someone else and he still proceeded to follow us and wouldn???t leave us alone. It was extremely uncomfortable and I almost turned around and walked out.
Leanne was great to work with! She helped me to make sure my car was taken care of, from warranty/recall service to everyday maintenance items. She wasn???t pushy. The visit took a little while, but I left feeling confident that they hadn???t overlooked a thing.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I searched for several months and found the perfect car at Select. Was apprehensive about buying an expensive luxury car on line site unseen. Contacted the dealer to discuss the process. Had the car inspected by their nearby MB dealer. Discussed resolution of very minor issues noted by MB, the value of my trade in, then made a deposit and arranged to travel to Atlanta. The sales person was very helpful at every step of the way. Very easy process--quality sales person, suburb value and would recommend without hesitation.
Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!

Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! On the 22nd of January, I had the honor of meeting an extraordinary salesperson by the name of Michelle Briscoe. She welcomed me into the dealership and answered all of questions. She anticipated my needs and provided me with a host of information. Unfortunately, I was not ready to buy at the time. Nevertheless, she provided a very positive and unforgettable experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

To be fair we were 45 min. late for the appointment but we notified the dealer we would be late. The person I had been dealing with on the phone and via email was not our salesperson. She apparently has a title of outside liaison but I was not told our sales person would be someone different. When we got there we waited 10 minutes til the salesperson was assigned to us and then another 10 minutes while he pulled one of the two car we wanted to test drive around. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for him to get the other car that I wanted my wife to test drive first. This part gets a little strange. Even though i specified at 2 pm that I wanted to drive the 2nd car at 5 pm and was told that was OK when they went to pull it around I was told after 20 minutes that the car was on it's way to auction and that a substitute costing 2k more was being provided to test drive. Luckily after the test drive my wife rejected that car and we looked as the 1st choice. Prior to driving it though we waited another 15 mins while the salesman went to fill it up. After that there was minimal 'grind' because i specified that I didn't want any. However, the financing took nearly 2 hr. to complete and both my wife and I have good or excellent credit scores. Pack your patience if you plan to shop here.
Got a new lease for chevy equinox. Eric helped us to done very quickly with exceptional service. We’ll definitely buy from this dealer again in the future!
