They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Crown Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They were able to get me in last minute for an oil change before I left on vacation. I had a minor concern and scheduled oil change the day of my appointment. They were able to fix my concern the same day and finish everything rather quickly which I appreciate with my busy work schedule.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

We worked with Thomas Dickerson to find a car for our daughter. We were on a stricked, nearly impossible budget. Our daughter was VERY nervous about getting a car and having payments. She went back and forth several times on whether she was going to get the car she chose. He was so patient, kind, respectful, and at no time did she feel pressured to say yes. We drove an hour and 15 minutes from Columbus to see this SUV, and because of Thomas our daughter drove it home. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

We hit a 8 point buck with our 2022 Kia Telluride S, and the insurance company totaled it. Searching the Webb for another 2022 Kia Telluride I found one at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, OH. We went their to look the car over and consider it for a replacement. When we arrived on the lot we were greeted by friendly people who listened to our situation and helped us to work it out. We didn't have our down payment ready that day but said we could bring it the next day. We did all the buying process went home and the next day took the down payment and brought the car home. Just a terrific car for the price. I'm 6'6" tall and have long legs and I'm more comfortable in this car than I am in many much larger vehicles. I've gotten over 40 MPG since I've owned it and am really enjoying driving it with the lane assist and auto hold features.

The Kia Sportage hybrid AWD is an awesome vehicle. Gas mileage in the mid thirties, bigger cargo area than anything in its class,& it's super quick. Speedier than the non hybrid model with a sweet exhaust note. I'm totally impressed with this vehicle

i drove several economy cars due to gas prices. i had a midsize suv before this little car. but i must say that i have been very impressed with my first kia product. handling for its size is rather nice, brakes a really good (i have the abs) dealership was great (butler indianapolis) the ipod adapter is great. my only complaint is the speakers are very weak and i have the 6 disc changer, so i thought it was upgraded all around.......but i guess that doesn't include better speakers. still the value for the $$$ is unbeatable. i just had my windows tinted, and it looks great. this is also my first car with a sunroof.....awesome feature for a little car. the fit doesn't offer one. the only other car i considered was the civic after driving several. but i like having the hatchback, also, how can you go wrong with 0% plus $500 cash back.
