I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

Tim Carder and sales team were nothing but Professional knowledgeable work pushy for a sale. Repair my suv 2 weaks after it was bought out there own pocket. When I purchase suv the gave me free maintenance as long as own it and gave a free power train warranty up 6 months.

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

I have enjoyed my Kia Sportage. It gets good gas mileage on a trip. It is the sportiest car I have ever had. It is a good looking car. I love the wheel covers. I get compliments on the looks of it. I brought it from Alabama to Wyoming without a hitch.

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

We have left a previous bad review due to a sour taste in our mouth from a truck not lasting more then a full week. Found out it was an easy fix and they were able to repair the problem and had good customer service. This is an apology for the previous bad review we have left on the 09 Ford F-150. I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

Great experience from start to finish. We were driving 5 hrs so he did a live walk threw showing me the good bad and ugly. Everything was as advertised. We bought the car drove it home 5 hours and she's beautiful my wife and I are very happy. I would by another car from them anytime.

this car is fast and tourqe and inf you have a manual that thing will zoom well past 120 mph and it runs beutifully and ive never had to wait on the side of the road because it broke down it has 160 whp and it shows even with 300000 miles on the odometer

I inherited this car from my mom is 2017. We call him flash because he is so fast. This car has been absolutely great in the 17 years it’s been in my family. I’m now looking to upgrade but am honestly sad to say goodbye to him. This car was fantastic for city driving and constant trips up and down the island.

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I highly recommend Ozzy’s Car Company!! I had been searching for a car since November of 2024, after I hit two Elk heading to Cascade to pick my son up from baseball practice. I totaled my car, but came out of it unharmed, had lots of emotional trauma due to the severity of the accident. I had just bought my Subaru Outback in April of 2024, and now I had to look for another one. After a long search, and lots of patience, I had narrowed it down to three. It came down to reviews of each dealership and what they had to offer. I loved seeing all the positive comments at Ozzy’s, but still wasn’t sure until I met Yuriy and Ozzy. I waited a few weeks before leaving a review. First off, my husband and I buy a lot of cars. His last brand new car lasted 8 months before he decided to buy a newer one. We were nervous about buying a used vehicle for our kid who just started driving. We went to a few different dealerships in the area (big dealerships to smaller dealerships) but from the moment Ozzy introduced himself, he gave all of us such an amazing experience. He saw our concerns and addressed them immediately. He gave us an UNBELIEVABLE deal. I won't spill the tea here, you'll have to go see him and get your own killer deal. I'll just say it's one of the lowest interest rates I have ever seen, and the out-the-door price was unbelievable. We even left to check out a couple of other dealerships because it seemed too good to be true, but over lunch we all decided we were coming back to Ozzy's because we like and trust HIM and his crew. He has given us such a peace of mind and confidence in our purchase. The other staff members are equally amazing and accommodating. I watched them work together collectively to take care of the property, prep the cars that just arrived to the lot (they get new ones every few days and keep them meticulously clean!), prep the cars going to the auction, and help the customers. It wasn't competitive, and as the owner, he spoke to every single person respectfully and it gave a real family and friendly atmosphere. One that truly deserves your business. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

We bought a car from them on 8/20/25 and it was a great experience. Jossue and Tim were Great people to work with. Definitely would do it again.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty
