The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

My husband and I moved WV in July and stopped in last evening to see a vehicle we were interested in. First, I must say that in our almost 40 years of marriage we have never had what I would call a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Well I can no longer claim that. From the minute we parked our car, we were met with quiet, comfortable, genuine kindness. Absolutely nio pressure at any time which was a breath of fresh air. Andy, the young man who stepped out to assist us was absolutely pleasant. We brought our son in law/mechanic along and were met with only honest answers and friendliness. The test drive, which I am never comfortable with, was very comfortable. When we went inside to talk, run numbers, commence the nail biting, we were put immediately at ease. We met the finance manager, Rodney, who made us feel like old friends. Such a refreshing change from our previous experiences. After all was said and done, we are more that pleased with the service, respectful treatment, and genuineness we were met with, Should anyone need a new vehicle, this is the place to shop. Recently bought a vehicle from SMH. The experience was excellent. Salesman allowed us to look, was helpful when we needed it. Everything was straight forward, and a breeze. After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. By far this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. The van was exactly as advertised, and it was delivered to my home in Florida in less than a week. Vlad and Kevin have great communication, humor, and transparency made. I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

The Sales staff were very patient and helpful. The finance manager explained everything well. Pricing is clear. No games. No pressure from anyone. Great selection vehicles with awesome features.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I came in to have my Customer for Life oil change. It was found that I needed additional services. Tony was AWESOME!

The Stinger GT Line (4 Cylinder Turbo) is fabulous. It has plenty of get up and go. When merging onto a highway, you look at the speedometer and you can't believe how quickly you have hit 100 MPH. The MPG at only 22 is a little disappointing. However, I do usually cruise at about 80. Reliability with the exception of one thing (which I will get to) has been excellent. I am 6' 1" tall, so getting in and out of the Stinger without bagging your head is a little difficult (that is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Comfort). I do regret not going for the little extra cost and buying the GT (instead of the GT Line). The GT does have a few extra standard options which I now wish I had. Now.... the only real negative about the vehicle. I took delivery on March 1, 2021 and since that day... still until today (July 19, 2023) my Apple CarPlay will NOT stay engaged in the vehicle. Sometimes it does not engage at all. Sometimes, just for a short while. Sometimes constantly engaged and disengaging. Sometimes, it engages for the first leg of a trip and not for the return leg of the trip. Sometimes it engages for days and then, it does not engage for days. There is no rhyme or reason for whether it will or will not engage. Kia has changed the radio, the USB Port (this is WIRED [NOT wireless] Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay) and the radio harness. They cannot find a fix. Kia has admitted that they there is a problem and the Engineers are working on it. This has been an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. This is the major reason why I have not rated the vehicle 5 out of 4 stars.

I had an excellent experience with JR, the mechanic at Kia! He serviced my car for an oil change and had it ready in about 30–40 minutes, which was impressively quick. JR took the time to come out to the waiting area and personally explain the process, along with any additional recommendations based on the inspection report. His communication skills are outstanding, and he’s very attentive and professional. It’s great to see someone who truly cares about their work and the customer’s experience. Highly recommend asking for JR!

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!
