This was my first car buying experience, on my own. I was quite apprehensive, as I had heard horror stories about people being pressured to buy what they really didn't want by pushy salesmen. Ben Auert was friendly, professional, and patient. He took his time and made sure that I understand every part of the car buying process. At no time did I feel pressured or bullied. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
After spending all day looking at cars... we learned a lot. Doc fees and Admin fees EVERYWHERE.... surprise hidden costs at all the other places. Not so with Auto Brokers. No Doc Fees. No Admin fees. New Tires were added to the vehicle, that was greatly appreciated!. Disclosure of Med. Level scratches were not identified on cars.com.............Dealership was Friendly and very helpful with the Loan Paperwork! One disappointing thing was only 1 set of keys..................I should have asked for a further discount with only 1 set of keys............My wife was not to happy about that..............
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
it was one the best car buying experience I've ever had. highly recommended. whole team is just great from Sales to service , if u don't have time to shop around u better go to Auto collection of Murfreesboro cause they save u a lot of time and money .
Adeeb was so understanding! They asked me what I wanted and found me the exact car and the exact package and even helped me understand how to sink my phone and an app with the new car. Everyone was so lovely but Adeeb was so patient with me and gave me a wonderful deal!
My check engine light came on and I called Kia immediately, they told me to come in and they would fit me in and see what the issue was. Well they were fantastic, they found out the issue and took care of me quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. This is a great service department, one of the best I have dealt with, and this is my 4th Kia. Thank you Kia of Murfreesboro!!!!! Great job.
