We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

My husband and I moved WV in July and stopped in last evening to see a vehicle we were interested in. First, I must say that in our almost 40 years of marriage we have never had what I would call a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Well I can no longer claim that. From the minute we parked our car, we were met with quiet, comfortable, genuine kindness. Absolutely nio pressure at any time which was a breath of fresh air. Andy, the young man who stepped out to assist us was absolutely pleasant. We brought our son in law/mechanic along and were met with only honest answers and friendliness. The test drive, which I am never comfortable with, was very comfortable. When we went inside to talk, run numbers, commence the nail biting, we were put immediately at ease. We met the finance manager, Rodney, who made us feel like old friends. Such a refreshing change from our previous experiences. After all was said and done, we are more that pleased with the service, respectful treatment, and genuineness we were met with, Should anyone need a new vehicle, this is the place to shop. Great car, I have not seen another on the road, but extremely efficient and comfortable. Plenty of room inside for trips to the hardware store. Love it!

The Sales staff were very patient and helpful. The finance manager explained everything well. Pricing is clear. No games. No pressure from anyone. Great selection vehicles with awesome features.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I had an excellent experience with JR, the mechanic at Kia! He serviced my car for an oil change and had it ready in about 30–40 minutes, which was impressively quick. JR took the time to come out to the waiting area and personally explain the process, along with any additional recommendations based on the inspection report. His communication skills are outstanding, and he’s very attentive and professional. It’s great to see someone who truly cares about their work and the customer’s experience. Highly recommend asking for JR!

4000 miles since new. Mileage in the mid 30,s. Handles and rides very competently. Love the Interior, great materials. Will keep for many years in retirement.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!
