Follow up was just enough without being overwhelming.
Unfortunately they sold the car I was interested in. I will continue to keep my eye on this dealer for a car. Again, treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the experience.
We moved to Austin last year and have had our Porsche serviced @ Porsche Central Austin. The service staff has always been superb. Timely, friendly and professionally. When our lease is scheduled to be due next Feb, we decided to look around for other potential cars. We looked at the Alfa Romeo 4 C and also were interested in a Maserati as well. At the end, given the positive experience we have had, we came back to Porsche Austin. Was greeted very warmly by Shaun Jones and decided to get a convertible this time. Shaun and the sales manager, Taylor Amos did a FANTASTIC job to get us a great deal and we walked out with another Porsche.... We can't say enough about how great this dealership and their people are
I had been shopping for a pre-owned S550 for quite some time and came across one that caught my attention on Excel Auto's website. I had only seen the dealership when I drove by in Boca but never went in to take a look nor had I known anyone who had bought a car there. I am so glad I gave them a shot. From the moment I walked in I was greeted politely. The customer service and knowledge of the staff was great. I can't stand a pushy or cheesy car salesman and they were far from it. I found a 2004 Gallardo listed by Lamborghini Palm Beach on Cars.com and asked for a call back on it. I am in Phoenix so this required that we do the deal remotely. Wayne called me right away and was very helpful. To complicate things, I was looking to trade a vintage exotic (not something they normally deal in) as part of the deal. Wayne was not put off by the structure of the deal and told me that he need some time to research my trade and that he would call me back. I had heard this before about this trade from other dealers and many times they would not get back to me. However, Wayne called me back that same day and we finalized a deal very quickly on the phone. Wayne helped get the car over to an independent shop for an inspection, which went great. The car was as described and in excellent shape. They handled all of the paperwork, helped arrange transportation for my trade and for the Gallardo back to Phoenix. I can't believe we were able to handle everything over the phone and via email so efficiently, but it worked out great. Great experience and I hope to work with Lamborghini of Palm Beach and Wayne again someday.
Called about a vehicle they have for sale. Salesman stated he had no room or very little room to work with on this car. I guess they did not want to sell the car. I had cash and would of been a easy sell. My concern is why does this dealership only have 3 reviews?
I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Marshall Goldman Motor Sales and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I called on the day after Thanksgiving to see if they were open and if the car was available. The lady who answered was very kind and let me know they were open and the car was still available.
I drove out to take a look at the vehicle and was greeted at the door by a smiling face welcoming me. She told me to take a look around and she would let Joe know that I was there. I was blown away by the absolutely gorgeous and rare exotic cars everywhere! Joe immediately came out to greet me and took me to see the BMW M6. The car was exactly as described and in basically new condition. Joe answered all of my questions and highlighted some features about the car that I was not aware of. I was ready to purchase right away!
Joe walked me through all of my options for financing the vehicle and went out of his way to work with me on the numbers. I truly felt like he was trying to get me the best deal possible that would work for my budget. I wanted to think it over and speak with my wife before making the purchase so I told him I would get back to him the following day.
The next day I took my wife to look at the car and she was also impressed and told me to go ahead and buy it. Joe ended up working out an even better deal than we discussed the previous day and was able to get the payment where I needed it. I really wanted to drive away in the car and was worried because it was near closing time. Joe and his team said they would stay late to get all the paperwork done and make sure I left in my dream car!! I must say that one of the ladies in the front office, Jean, was a great help and was a pleasure to work with!

We were extremely impressed with their showroom, delivery, no haggle pricing so we did not end up spending a day waiting for the sale manager to work you into all the stuff you do not need. I came to pick up the car next Monday they have the car all detailed up for us. I will return for my next purchase.
I visited Lamborghini of Newport Beach searching for a new car. Jeremy also discussed the possibility of ordering my own custom Lamborghini. Then, after I left the showroom, I texted Jeremy for a photo of the car I was looking at and I had seven great shots from all angles with in 10 minutes and a warm, welcoming "thank you" for my visit to his showroom. Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process.
