Amazing courtesy and respect from a used car dealer. They honored a price I saw on the internet the day before, even thought the sticker was higher when I came in. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very efficient buying process. The used warranty they sell is outstanding and their no-document financing is second to none. I was just blown away on how great everything was.

Notwithstanding the brand’s global reputation for off-road prowess, our Disco Sport is great in town / on the road, as well. Nimble and easy to maneuver in traffic and parking, yet quite deceptively roomy on the inside... comfortably seating our family of 5. We now understand the pride of LR ownership... it’s multi-faceted. We believe it’s a good buy; a lot of ‘bang for the buck’... especially when competitors price their comparable models in the same range! Easy decision!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This is my first LR and I don’t know what I’ve been waiting for. Beautifully designed. Beautiful ride. Great maneuverability. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Couldn’t be happier with the new Discovery Sport, this is our 4th LR vehicle. We recently traded in our LR 2 for the Disco Sport and the second room leg room is so spacious compared to other vehicles in the same class. Interior is very luxurious, climate comfort Package is a must, heated and cooled seats! The safety features are truly remarkable, went with the vision Assist and vision plus. Exterior has very nice lines, added the side mouldings which added a nice look in addition to preventative damage from other careless car owners.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I needed a 7 passenger vehicle and did not want something huge to drive. This vehicle has 5+2 seating capacity but is very compact, making it easy to park. The only downside is that there is no trunk space when the two extra seats are being used.
Great car so far, happy with my purchase. The only thing I’m having issues with is the entertainment system connecting to my phone. There seems to be some common complaints about this and updates are being made to the systems by dealers.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.

I read the reviews on this car and they were all wrong, great car !! Good fuel mileage , good pickup , nice interior car has been great for long trips and short ones
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Doe was a great help to me in locating the best type of car for my 16 year old daughter. While we didn’t buy while we were there, we’re keeping in touch in case something comes in. Thank you for your patience with us and our picky car buying habits!
