When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.

I read the reviews on this car and they were all wrong, great car !! Good fuel mileage , good pickup , nice interior car has been great for long trips and short ones
The best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Lynn respected my budget, learned my needs and wants, and found me the perfect car which also was certified. PLUS Flow offers an additional limited warranty at no extra charge. Took the worry out of choosing a car. I am pleased with the entire experience. They will go out of their way to make sure you find the car you want and it meets your expectations before driving it home.

It Great nice Vehicle and Reliable Smooth Drive I really like the Leather Seating and interior and it a great Vehicle for High way driving
I shopped for 5 months and I finally bought a certified 2016 Equinox from Steve Lynn because he was professional and treated me like a person.
He knew all about the SUV and checked and fixed all my concerns. He also took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver my car to me when I was in a tough spot with my busy schedule.
Quick process for buying vehicle. Price was far, nice dealer warranty and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was not the typical drawn out back and forth process which I really appreciated.
I'm not a big cut-throat buyer kind of person. I went in, found what I liked, the price was what I expected, and they even gave me a small trade-in value for my old car that was broke down and on the side of a random road (they towed it for me too).
Easy process, nice guys, no crazy additional fees except for a ~$500-something dealership fee that I always hate. Other than that, all went well. I'll likely be back to them in the future.
Dealt with Mark Hankins. He made the process easy and worked to find the car I was looking for. The manager, Rhett Blanchard, was also fantastic. Would recommend these people to anyone looking for a GMC.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Amazing car, smooth ride and the handle is great. Love the look and feel. Great luxury vehicle. I look forward to my next one. I recommend this vehicle to anyone.
Everyone was very professional, great customer service. I really enjoyed my experience at Infiniti and just very grateful that I was able to get the car that I wanted.
Most unreliable vehicles we have ever owned

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017
I had a coupon which I forgot to give the service person when I dropped by car off. I remembered it at the end. The oil change was the same price, but they did not take off anything else and I was eligible for more discounts.
Just bought a new vehicle from JJ Rogers at Crown Honda. Very honest dealings with us and gave us a great deal. The vehicle was just what we wanted and JJ worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of.
Love the look of it

Land rovers are fun to drive! They look great! They are not the best made cars though? It is not the German engineering of a BMW or an Audi? But they are off-road capable and still a lot of fun to own !
