We made the decision to drive from West Michigan to Knauz after the poor experience we had at the BMW dealership in our town. From the beginning when I inquired online about an X4, Yale was so helpful and friendly. The dealership was able to get the car ready quickly so we could come see it on our days off. Yale kept in touch and sent us pictures and assured us the car looked great so we wouldn???t be wasting our time driving there. When we saw the car, we were amazed, it looked brand new! Yale went on the test drive with us and was able to explain all the features of the car (something that didn???t happen when we did a test drive in Grand Rapids). When it came to buying the car, Yale showed us all the comparables and Knauz had the best price, but they even took off a little more for us driving all the way there. The financing process was great and no pressure to buy extra warranties, products, etc like had happened with our last used car. They even kept our car overnight (covered up inside!) and had a BMW genius meet with us the next day to set our car up (nav, phone etc) for the ride home. We can???t say enough about the great buying experience at Karl Knauz and everyone we worked with there. We will keep them in mind for ours and family & friends next BMW purchase!
I came here (a long way from home) based on so many positive reviews of this dealer. I read the reviews and many were of Roland (Rolly). I just went in and asked for him. Great experience with him. No typical car dealer BS. Willing to work the numbers on both the trade in and the purchase. Very fair. He and the other personnel went out of their way to exceed my expectations. Loyalty just started with Rolly and Knauz.

I was searching for a lease on a new BMW, as a returning customer my present BMW lease was coming to an end. I had multiple conversations with with the another dealship in which I had purchased 2 other luxury vehicles within the last 36 months. I was met with slow to no return calls, emails, and poor customer service. I was also told that my car of choice and price point was a long shot at best and was unrealistic. Extremely pleased with my experience with my BMW X3 purchase at Knauz. My advisor, Bob Geisheker, was knowledgable and helpful. He wanted to put me into the vehicle that best fit my needs and price point. The negotiation was low key, and along with the current rebates, I came away a very happy customer. The car delivery process was excellent. I know I can contact Bob or any other employee of Knauz and know they are looking out for me.
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

Most unreliable vehicles we have ever owned

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017

1st and last Land Rover

This is my first and definitely my last Land Rover. My Discovery Sport has been in for more repairs than my last three vehicles combined and it only has 15k miles on it. It seems that this vehicle is susceptible to battery drain if it isn't driven long distances regularly. A warning message will appear on the display (Low Battery) and if the vehicle is not driven a long distance or the battery manually charged at that point, systems will begin shutting down. I would not recommend this vehicle as a grocery getter or for short commutes.
My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Great customer service!

Just bought a 2011 Jaguar XKR Convertible from Land Rover Hoffman Estates from Patrick Lecinski and it was the easiest transaction that I have made in 20 years. From the first phone call to many follow up phone calls over 3 weeks, the deal was made, and it was easy no pressure. I bought the car based on the documentation they gave and there word on the condition as I was not going to come to the dealership to test drive as I live in New Hampshire and they are in Chicago and from all the interaction with Patrick and team answering question about condition and service of this vehicle they did everything I asked and more.
They are the most professional team that I have worked with I just wish they were local as I would buy from them every time. When the car arrived it perfect just as the pictures and description they gave.
This is a top-notch group and I would highly recommend them.

I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!

love this car but hard to match value with other in class. Anything less than HSE might as well be a base model Honda. Interior needs more weight and quality feels very cheap
Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.
