My experience purchasing a vehicle at Crossroads of Lynchburg was truly a pleasant one. The process was smooth and my salesperson, Jeff Fleenor, was great to work with. He was quick in offering us assistance upon our arrival in the parking lot and remained helpful through the end of the process. He had a polite sense of humor which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely consider Crossroads of Lynchburg for any future needs.
My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Great customer service!
This team at Brickell, Cliff and associates were great during my purchase experience. Bought via internet and long distance. It was easy. The only recommendation is to have the dealer pay for the return overnight envelope. With as much money as I am paying it would have been nice to not have to pay out of pocket for that. Other than that it was a great experience.

Michael from the get go was the most informant salesman I have ever delt with, worked with me on the price of the 2017 Jaguar f type that fit my wallet. Never was pushy or rude as some salesman can be. Stayed in contact with me thru all the paper work and never left me guessing !! Answered all questions for me with expertise and respect. He even offered to line up shipping for me since the Jaguar was being shipped too Salem Oregon. Anyone that is looking too buy a New or used Mclaren or used car from Mclaren Houston of TX ,Hook up with Michael Grant and you will not be let down or miss guided !!!!!!!!!! Shawn Anderson
Outstanding service. Martin Hristov, Sales Rep was outstanding. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I tried a few cars before selecting the GLE 400 and I was very satisfied with the service. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and helped make the process go smoothly. This was not my first time buying a vehicle at Mercedes Greenway, and I hope to continue to buy there again in the future.
Called Mbrace from the car, luckily the battery died in my garage. After 71k miles and 4 1/2 years it was expected. Mbrace sent out Ben within 5 minutes from M-B Greenway with a new battery, and we were ready to roll within 30 minutes. Cannot get any better than that. We than the Lord it did not happen 24 hours later for we would have been on the road and on TG day.
Service advisor Nicholas is such an amazing guy to work with! He is very thoughtful all while striving to complete the task at hand all handling multiple clients. I’d like to say thank you for being extremely professional aiming to please.

Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
We stopped by MB of EDH after we got a low tire pressure indication. They determined that we had run over a nail and promptly repaired the tire while we waited. Dan Clark was our service rep and he kept us informed throughout of the status of the repair. Additionally, because we were newcomers to EDH, Dan didn't even charge us for the repair. We'll definitely be back to MB of EDH when we need any service for our ML400.
I enjoyed working with the sales guy at the dealership. How often can you say that? He was non pushy and worked with me to get the right car. My only negative was that there was some confusion at first about which cars were actually available for sale with their inventory software and what was physically in stock. It didn't matter in the end as I got a car pretty close to what I wanted and the price was OK.
