The service dept at Jaguar Southampton is always personal, helpful and attentive. My car was serviced on time and I was provided transportation. I find their prices to be very reasonable and I do not have to wait a long time when making an appointment. I have been very satisfied with the work and the way I was treated.
We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.
This will be the sixth range rover I have bought from Land Rover Gwinnett. Mary Cromer takes the best care of me from beginning to end. Her service is superb. I Will never shop anywhere else for a car .
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.

We started the process on the internet, and Zac was very helpful with walking us through the process, then over the phone, and eventually the test drive and the final purchase. You don't expect a lot of pressure or hassle buying a Ferrari so a dealer experience is more a high end clothier than an auto buying experience. Both Corey and Bud were exemplary to deal with: straightforward, informative and made the process super painless however. No '45 minutes in the F&A department' being sold 1,000 dollar clear-coats or similar! In and out in 5 minutes.
Nice showroom as you would expect, but a shame about the Starbucks coffee when Illy or Lavazza would be much more brand-relevant!
I have been a customer of Park Place for a long time and have purchased various car brands from them. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Matt Woolsey, General Manager of Park Place Jaguar & Land Rover DFW. Matt is very accommodating and a true professional with fantastic interpersonal skills, he is a cut above others. I highly recommend Park Place!
Very professional and courteous- loved my sales person and the finance gal- they were upfront but also very nice with what I wanted to see happen with the transaction. My LR$ is amazing and I wish I would have discovered Rover sooner! Typically I buy BMW's and have had many Lexus' but I am a Rover fan for life. The Moab trip is amazing and the staff knows me by name every time I come in. I've refferred many friends there and will keep doing so!
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
I enjoyed working with the sales guy at the dealership. How often can you say that? He was non pushy and worked with me to get the right car. My only negative was that there was some confusion at first about which cars were actually available for sale with their inventory software and what was physically in stock. It didn't matter in the end as I got a car pretty close to what I wanted and the price was OK.
