We stopped by MB of EDH after we got a low tire pressure indication. They determined that we had run over a nail and promptly repaired the tire while we waited. Dan Clark was our service rep and he kept us informed throughout of the status of the repair. Additionally, because we were newcomers to EDH, Dan didn't even charge us for the repair. We'll definitely be back to MB of EDH when we need any service for our ML400.
I had a really good experience buying a vintage Ferrari 328 there. They were very communicative, let me have it inspected by 2 different mechanics, and delivered it from Anaheim to Los Angeles for me. Nick Eves was extremely helpful thru the process.
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.

Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!

Michael from the get go was the most informant salesman I have ever delt with, worked with me on the price of the 2017 Jaguar f type that fit my wallet. Never was pushy or rude as some salesman can be. Stayed in contact with me thru all the paper work and never left me guessing !! Answered all questions for me with expertise and respect. He even offered to line up shipping for me since the Jaguar was being shipped too Salem Oregon. I just purchased a gently used Volvo XC70 from their dealership and the entire process was so easy. The staff at Smith Imports are friendly, honest, professional and very accommodating. I initially met with Paula Keltner for the test drive. She arranged for delivery of the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice for a Pre-Purchase inspection, which received a glowing report. John Adams worked up the necessary paperwork the next day and offered to purchase my existing car and further reduce the cost of the Volvo. I wasn't expecting the trade, and received what I believe was a good offer. I even had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Andy Smith, who was very friendly and concerned about my buying experience. I also want to thank Micah Harris, who was kind enough to go over all the features in the Volvo before I drove off. Smith Imports offers top quality vehicles, in excellent condition and reasonably priced. I left there confident with my purchase and knowledge that this was the best place to buy a car.
My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Great customer service!

After posting my negative review and experience I recieved a call from the dealership GM and service manager. He asked for more details about what happened and reviewed the history on the service record. They were genuinly concerned and after our discussion asked if I would send the invoice for the repair that was done by the outside service center. The following day they called me again and agreed to credit me the full amount of the work that was done.
Great example of turning a negative into a positive.....I appreciate their standing by their dealership and doing the right thing.
The customer service at this location was very responsive. All questions answered is a timely manner. Would recommed to anyone searching for a new car.
