From the moment we pulled into the lot we were very well taken care of . Mrs Hayhurst took care of all our needs and found us a car within the hour. She has since checked in with us weekly ! She is excellent! Everyone in the dealership were extremely helpful.

I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Mike Gallucci, though busy with a customer, found time to break away and answer questions over the phone. He insisted my wife and I come in. Though it was near closing time, I must say, he could not have been more patient and helpful.
We took a long test drive, went through a dissertation of questions and considerations and finally began the initial paperwork. Two hours after closing and emphatically nightfall by now, we left knowing that they had our best interest at heart.

This was one of the most professional dealerships I have dealt with. No hard sell, just a genuine interest in meeting my automotive needs. They didn't have the vehicle I needed, but I will consider them in the future.
I enjoyed working with the sales guy at the dealership. How often can you say that? He was non pushy and worked with me to get the right car. My only negative was that there was some confusion at first about which cars were actually available for sale with their inventory software and what was physically in stock. It didn't matter in the end as I got a car pretty close to what I wanted and the price was OK.
My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
