I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!

We recently purchased a previously owned certified Jaguar XF from Howard Orloff Imports. Long story short, we were very satisfied. Our salesperson, Shawn Stephens, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. He came in on his day off to work with us, as this was the only day we could make it to the dealership. Shawn took the necessary time to make sure we understood all aspects of the car. When we are in the market for our next vehicle, we will go to Shawn first. Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!
SALE EXPERIENCE - I had a painless purchase from the used car selection. Would advise dealing with Cayley Strait, don't let her young age fool you, she knows her way around the dealership. No hard sales push. Negotiated to my satisfaction for a good price through the used car sales manager. The price was not fair, not great but a GOOD price. I noted a quick response and good communication with questions prior to arrival to the dealership. Agreed on a price prior to stepping in the door. Courteous staff addressed you as you walked through the dealership. I can not comment on the service department other than the the car was spotless when I came to pick it up, well detailed. Half empty for my test drive the gas tank was topped off without asking when I drove it off the lot. A quick walk through the paperwork and everything was in order.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I would just like to say that the staff and experience at Schaumburg Lincoln was exceptional. Marcellus and Ian went above and beyond to take excellent care of my girlfriend bought a car. If you are looking for a Lincoln or used car please go see them they will treat you like family
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
I am currently shopping for a car for my daughter. I stopped by Lux Cars and looked at a couple of vehicle with Keisy. He is really patient and doesn’t pressure. When my husband and I finally agree on what to purchase for our daughter I’ll definitely come back to see keisy. Thus far he has been the easiest sales person to work with so I’ll definitely be back.
My salesman Erik Cardoso was very informative about the history of the vehicle and was very fair in negotiations of my trade in vehicle also. Would recommend Erik to my friends who are looking for a vehicle.
