2018 RRS has been back 7 times since i got it in June, 5 of those times from December.
1 Softwear update and service error
2 Brake camera replacement
3 Adblue error with engine light
4 to 7 engine light
I stopped in just to ask about what interest rate I could get on a Land Rover and was fortunate enough to get hooked up with Steve Vankos. I left there with a new Land Rover and the experience in purchasing it was great from start to finish! Steve Vankos is a "can do" kind of guy! I got a great deal on a great Land Rover! Shift stick issues

I own a 2014 Range Rover Sport, great car to drive but beware of the troubles with the shift stick when your warranty expire. You will like me have the surprise one day that the shift is stuck on parking, this is a recurring problem with this model but they never thought of a recall and this will cost you $2000 to repair.
Justin our sales Rep was great and was extremely helpful. In the end we received a fantastic deal! I am extremely satisfied and will continue to be a repeat customer!
Nice Car But Unreliable

Car looks like a tiger on the outside but a kitty on the inside. Buyer beware. If you dont mind spending thousands of dollars on repairs this car is for you. Had issues from leaking coolant to oil leaks. That was on a brand new car under 20k. miles. It seems like it was always going into the shop for one thing or another. Even had issues with the glove compartment as well as the door latches. They kept on fixing a d still had issues. Car looks nice but no peace of mind thinking of where it will leave you stranded. Not worth it.
After dealing with high pressure salesmen for a week I walked into the Park Place dealership and experienced low pressure from Damian Perez. He was wonderful and showed me how to work the special features and guided me through purchase. Then he drove from Grapevine to bring me car so I wouldn???t have to drive in rain! Couldn???t ask for better service! Will recommend to everyone! Thank you Damian and Park Place Jaguar Land Rocer??

I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

Excellent vehicle , I’ve been wanting a Range Rover Sport for some time. It’s certainly been worth the wait. My sport utility is the ultimate choice for my needs.
Milton Cordero assisted me in the purchase of a new Toyota Camry. He made the buying process simple and fun. I was shown the details inside and out of my car and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I received a great offer on my trade in and an extremely fair sale price on the Camry. I cannot fault the 2018 sports for its performance, comfort and styling. This is a beautiful car to drive however the computer is shickingly bad!. Already have taken the car back three times for computer related problems
and updates. 170,000 Australian dollars and not impressed!
1) Navigation is useless and gets confused when entering tunnels.
2)typing on display screen is slow and not responsive.
3)cruise control doesn’t hold speed when you are going down hill.
4)boot kick is hit and miss.
5)Reversing proximity alarm goes crazy when reversing and doesn’t give a true distance indication. Very off putting!
Hurry up Range Rover and sort out these computer issues before it’s puts me off driving. This shouldn’t be happening in 2018 and what a blunder!! If there was a computer rating you would have scored 1

The primary reason to get a car is to get from point a to B safely. When a car at 6 months has a check engine light and speed limiter come on restricting you to 19 miles / hr on the highway. It’s just unacceptable. This is 2018 car software should sync easily with your phone. The software infotainment software should not fail and you have no clue why everything shut off. The back up camera fails repeatedly. Land Rover what the heck are your engineers doing.
Beautiful car but has serious power and acceleration issues. The vehicle will shut down without reason and put you in harms way. If you step on the gas, nothing happens. Complete loss of power while driving. I have brought it in for service 4 times and was told its a common problem and Engineering is working on it. 2018 Sport Supercharge!
Joel Burnette was very instrumental in making sure that buying my first car was easy and efficient. The service was great! I would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a car!

This car is beautiful and fun to drive. It has a really nice feel. It’s pick-up is a little sluggish, also from a stop. The reliability of the software info center is horrible. The electronic start has failed, and the screen has frozen about 9 times...with about that many trips to the service center. This was just in the first year of owning it with about 4000 miles on it!

Not happy at all having spent over 85K for my 2018 Land Rover Sport. It's in the shop for the second time, all for issues with the computer system. Randomly, the defrosters have stopped working, or only work on one half of the windshield, the back up camera stopped working intermittently, the stereo volume control randomly won't work, nav system as well. The gas pedal also has a lag that has caused me more than once to pull out, hit the gas, and then just sit there. It's going to cause me to get into a major accident. If I end up in the shop again, I'm turning in my keys and invoking the lemon law.
