I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!

1 Softwear update and service error
2 Brake camera replacement
3 Adblue error with engine light
4 to 7 engine light
We will always buy from Jidd. We have now bought 2 vehicles from Jidd and we won't go anywhere else in the future. They are friendly, helpful, good prices - great experience! Go to Bashar - he helped put us in our first Benz last night!!!
Shift stick issues

I own a 2014 Range Rover Sport, great car to drive but beware of the troubles with the shift stick when your warranty expire. You will like me have the surprise one day that the shift is stuck on parking, this is a recurring problem with this model but they never thought of a recall and this will cost you $2000 to repair.
Richard, Melissa, and Pan helped me buy a nice Lexus today. Was pretty fast negotiation and friendly sales process so overall very easy and convenient.
Nice Car But Unreliable

Car looks like a tiger on the outside but a kitty on the inside. Buyer beware. If you dont mind spending thousands of dollars on repairs this car is for you. Had issues from leaking coolant to oil leaks. That was on a brand new car under 20k. miles. It seems like it was always going into the shop for one thing or another. Even had issues with the glove compartment as well as the door latches. They kept on fixing a d still had issues. Car looks nice but no peace of mind thinking of where it will leave you stranded. Not worth it.
My salesman, Brian, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courtious. He understood our needs. This is the third vehicle I have bought from him and will do it again, and would refer him to my friends and relatives. The dealership is also impressive.

Excellent vehicle , I’ve been wanting a Range Rover Sport for some time. It’s certainly been worth the wait. My sport utility is the ultimate choice for my needs.
I would recemend penny to others because she was honest and trustworthy to me and I am happy with her services and her experience with customers.
Beautiful car, but computer is shockingly bad

I cannot fault the 2018 sports for its performance, comfort and styling. This is a beautiful car to drive however the computer is shickingly bad!. Already have taken the car back three times for computer related problems
and updates. 170,000 Australian dollars and not impressed!
1) Navigation is useless and gets confused when entering tunnels.
2)typing on display screen is slow and not responsive.
3)cruise control doesn’t hold speed when you are going down hill.
4)boot kick is hit and miss.
5)Reversing proximity alarm goes crazy when reversing and doesn’t give a true distance indication. Very off putting!
Hurry up Range Rover and sort out these computer issues before it’s puts me off driving. This shouldn’t be happening in 2018 and what a blunder!! If there was a computer rating you would have scored 1
Probably one of the nicest facilities I???ve ever been to when being called a ??? car dealership???. I felt like I was in an upscale hotel when first walking in. Not to mention I???m from New York and I was picked up by the salesman I was communicating with at the airport (huge plus) The service there is also excellent. I was greeted immeadiately and took care of like a buyer should be. My salesman Jeff was by far the coolest/nicest car salesman I???ve ever dealt with and I???ve bought many cars in my lifetime. He was super helpful and informative through text/phone and in person. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car that is clean, well maintained and not looking to get hassled and treated like a nobody like other dealerships typically do. Overall an excellent experience and I would give 10 stars if I could. Bravo!

The primary reason to get a car is to get from point a to B safely. When a car at 6 months has a check engine light and speed limiter come on restricting you to 19 miles / hr on the highway. It’s just unacceptable. This is 2018 car software should sync easily with your phone. The software infotainment software should not fail and you have no clue why everything shut off. The back up camera fails repeatedly. Land Rover what the heck are your engineers doing.
