From the time we entered the dealership to the completion of the deal our sales rep Dan Burris was 1st class all the way. No haggle, no upscale, just straight ahead professionalism. Very knowledgeable about the product and even introduced us to our new service manager prior to departure. Overall experience was a 10 and look forward to our future experiences at this great dealership I???d recommend Dan and this dealership to anyone in the market for this high end car experience

I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time. I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
A disagreement on the down payment prevented me from getting a car I had looked for and wanted for an extended period of time.. initially the agreement was for a full cash down payment equaling $2,100... I told them that I could possibly be willing to trade my current car in as part or the whole amount down.. from there on they told me that they could only take my car as trade in for $ 1,000 .. (noooo) and then on top of that a $1,000 cash...well I didn’t want to take 1000 for my car so I said I could do the 2000 cash.. they said the banks refused the cash and would only do it with the car as trade in.. I told them I didn’t want to use my car as trade in once again , and they gave me a buyback option on my own car for $1300.... none of it made cense to me as being in a consumer position.. So in the end I didn’t get my dream car although I was willing to pay 100 more in a cash down payment.. sad day
Came in for a complimentary tech inspection required for my day on the track. Jon was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was very pleased to see the technicians carefully go over the car so I was confident it was safe and ready for the track.
Great sales experience from MO and the entire Land Rover of Alexandria staff. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
It was my best car buying experience ever! I needed a good used car for my son. I found this car on the internet and it was in his price range. Their salesman, Bob Guckert, was fantastic and very professional! i explained what car we wanted see and we took it for a test drive. There was no pressure to up sell us. I enjoyed working with the sales guy at the dealership. How often can you say that? He was non pushy and worked with me to get the right car. My only negative was that there was some confusion at first about which cars were actually available for sale with their inventory software and what was physically in stock. It didn't matter in the end as I got a car pretty close to what I wanted and the price was OK.
