This is my eighth Land Rover Sport and love everything about it. It is the diesel model so the mpg has been great (28-30). It has been a pleasure to drive, very maneuverable and nimble. I am much a Land Rover fan.
I bought a new vehicle at Willow Grove and I had a good experience. Bill Marshall was very helpful, great communicator, no nonsense , direct and to the point. Kimberly Dane did the financial work and all the paper work, which was executed properly with no issues. Bob Nicholls followed through on insuring that , I was familiar with all of the features of the car, specifically the electronics. Bob made time on his schedule to come to my home to familiarize me on all of the features of the SUV.

I???d recently purchased a new Discovery using my financial institution car buying program at Land Rover Chantilly???s certified dealer. KZ was able to address all my concerns and find my Discovery within minutes of walking in. As an active duty military member I was given the attention needed from the Financial Department by going above and beyond and completing the required paperwork in order to register the vehicle in my home state of FL saving me additional $$$. Shift stick issues

I own a 2014 Range Rover Sport, great car to drive but beware of the troubles with the shift stick when your warranty expire. You will like me have the surprise one day that the shift is stuck on parking, this is a recurring problem with this model but they never thought of a recall and this will cost you $2000 to repair.
Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.
Maggie Schoffman was a exceptional sales person . I highly recommend using her if you are looking for a Land Rover or Jaguar . BK
Acceleration and power loss

Beautiful car but has serious power and acceleration issues. The vehicle will shut down without reason and put you in harms way. If you step on the gas, nothing happens. Complete loss of power while driving. I have brought it in for service 4 times and was told its a common problem and Engineering is working on it. 2018 Sport Supercharge!
I am from New York and I came across Bayshore Automotive website while looking for a Wrangler. Immediately I was astonished by the quality of customized vehicles they had from the website. I found one in particular that I was interested in. I reached out via email and was put in contact with April. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Her customer service was priceless. Without ever seeing the vehicle in person I purchased it and had it delivered to New York where I reside. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Beautiful car, software unreliable

This car is beautiful and fun to drive. It has a really nice feel. It’s pick-up is a little sluggish, also from a stop. The reliability of the software info center is horrible. The electronic start has failed, and the screen has frozen about 9 times...with about that many trips to the service center. This was just in the first year of owning it with about 4000 miles on it!
Great place to buy a car I haven???t bought a car there, But I transported cars for them twice great people great attitude and I recommend them to all my friends they have a lot of cars to select from but especially those Jeeps, totally different from everyone else
Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.

I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!

Beautiful car, but computer is shockingly bad

I cannot fault the 2018 sports for its performance, comfort and styling. This is a beautiful car to drive however the computer is shickingly bad!. Already have taken the car back three times for computer related problems
and updates. 170,000 Australian dollars and not impressed!
1) Navigation is useless and gets confused when entering tunnels.
2)typing on display screen is slow and not responsive.
3)cruise control doesn’t hold speed when you are going down hill.
4)boot kick is hit and miss.
5)Reversing proximity alarm goes crazy when reversing and doesn’t give a true distance indication. Very off putting!
Hurry up Range Rover and sort out these computer issues before it’s puts me off driving. This shouldn’t be happening in 2018 and what a blunder!! If there was a computer rating you would have scored 1
I enjoyed working with the sales guy at the dealership. How often can you say that? He was non pushy and worked with me to get the right car. My only negative was that there was some confusion at first about which cars were actually available for sale with their inventory software and what was physically in stock. It didn't matter in the end as I got a car pretty close to what I wanted and the price was OK.

I get a smile everytime I get in The Range Rover Sport. It has great interior and exterior styling, technology, and versatility. Highly recommend the car if you want to have fun driving to work etc.
