I took my car in for an error code. Needed repairs were made but after I got the car back and drove later in the day, the same code reappeared. I took the car back and the root of the problem was finally diagnosed. The service department treated me very fairly on the cost of the additional repairs and handled the situation very professionally.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Well you get lots of help when you're looking to buy...get car home find things that don't work, contact your salesman by phone and email get no response. you would think that they would make sure everything was working before they put the car on the lot

Just traveled 550 miles to buy our second auto from Mark Cox at Cox Motor cars in Nashville, Tn. Why you ask? Simply put, the very best car buying experience anywhere! Mark sells mostly really nice vehicles coming off lease that are almost always low mileage and very well maintained. There is absolutely no pressure to buy, just walk around their comfortable indoor facility inspect the autos, take a test drive, and proceed when you are prepared to do so. I would never Be concerned about where the car came from or hidden issues that some dealers might conceal to a buyer. This is truly the very best dealer to purchase your next pre owned luxury auto!
We had been looking for a used Van for a 3rd car in Nashville area for a couple of months. We had found most vehicles listed locally were overpriced and were prepared to travel to buy one, drive it home and still save thousands. We found this Van on Cars.com at Dixie Motors in Nashville and it was exactly what we were looking for in price, year, mileage and even color. Randy, the salesman, responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday and I arranged to go look at it the next morning. I appreciate that he treated me with respect and honesty (especially as a women buying a car). I bought the Van. It needed to be state emission tested which he took it that afternoon. It also needed the side mirror knob replaced under warranty, so he called after we had taken it home and offered to take the Van to the dealership for us. Above and beyond.
For a while I was looking for Lincoln MKT national wide and found the car at this dealer. The car was excellent, the price was great and salesperson Gary made this sale transaction very smooth starting with the accurate vehicle description, working out financing paperwork and finishing with quick deal closing. I am out of state buyer so I had initial hesitation flying to another state to buy the car, but overall experience exceeded my expectation. I would greatly recommend this dealer and you can trust Gary.
The vehicles located on the lot seemed nice but the overall experience was not very impressive at all. The owner of the shop was very rude and unprofessional. He did not seem too familiar with the car and could not provide very much information. He acted as if he was king of the world and it just made you not even want to look at the vehicle. He needs improvement in the professional aspect of talking to customers.
Adam was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making our purchase. They have the most eclectic inventory I've ever seen. Couldn't have been a smoother transaction. We were in and out in under an hour. Thank you for all your help. We love the car.
It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
We travelled from AR to make our purchase with Bostelman Auto.
Made the purchase with 2 phone calls and when we arrived we spent less than an hour ,including test drive. Sales team was 2nd to none. Great job and we look forward to doing more business in the future.

So this review is about 9 months late but hey, better late than never. I bought my 2014 Ram 2500 here in April of 2017. Brad, Tony and Adam are superstars. They are honest, they aren't pushy and the finance team is awesome. I got an incredible deal on a truck that is literally in showroom new condition. The entire process was fast and painless. These guys are GREAT. If you're looking for a great used car, there's just no other place to go. They've earned my business, my loyalty, my respect and my gratitude. Music City Autoplex is the standard by which all others should be judged.
I really praise God for this car lot. The place was clean and welcoming. I really love the efforts they have made to ensure their guest are comfortable and fed. It was a nice touch to see that there were snacks at each desk also the salesmen seemed relaxed. I must say Joe Fike jr. Is very young but he was a great listener and the car he showed me was the exactcarI had test driven but the other atlotwould. It work with me. Top notch. Selection is great. From Sales to Service unbeatable. When you leave a dealership knowing all your checklist items have been met, that says a lot. I purchased my previous vehicle from Guy and he has consistently delivered a quality vehicle and stands behind the sale.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
