I bought my Mercedes August 23, 2017 from the owner, Mo, after I saw it advertised on the internet. I honestly feel he gave me a very fair price, non of this "back and forth hassle" with negotiating. Just this is the price, buy it or not. He came off the price some but added 2 rear tires so it was very fair for the both of us after my research on www.kbb.com.
I definitely recommend this dealership and the owner for being so prompt, efficient, and great with customer service. And he must have had 6 people to help. still made us feel #1.

Excellent customer service. We purchased a 2008 Audi A6 for my college daughter. Nice ride. The unfortunate thing is when we went to drive it home and put gas in it, it would not start. This is when normally things would go south. But not with this dealer. Eyad said bring it back in and I will fix it. He not only fixed the problem but checked for other issues and fixed those as well. The issue is one that I read is an issue with older Audi cars: gas cam shaft. He replaced that, the battery, and did an oil change which means we will not have to do another oil change for another 10,000 miles. Oh, did I mention how Ahmed, on a Sunday when they were closed, came so that my daughter could see the car before she had to head back to school? They were patient with us through the process of securing the funding with our bank since we saw the car after banking hours. And although I picked up the car when Eyad was not there, he texted me to give me tips on maintenance afterwards. My husband has already decided that our next car will definitely come from them. I had read their reviews and new they were rated high but now I see why! Need a quality used import? Go see Eyad and Ahmed at Speed Motors!!

After dealing with high pressure salesmen for a week I walked into the Park Place dealership and experienced low pressure from Damian Perez. He was wonderful and showed me how to work the special features and guided me through purchase. Then he drove from Grapevine to bring me car so I wouldn???t have to drive in rain! Cade did an amazing job with the custom design/build of our Land Rover. He kept us well informed during the process. Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.

Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.

Cade worked hard to secure just the 2018 vehicle I wanted and when the production from Land Rover slowed down, he immediately went to work on a 2019 vehicle, keeping me informed all along the way. Excellent follow through got me a perfect 2019 leased Range Rover.
