When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This was not my first experience at a car dealership and I can confidently say, without a doubt, this was m best experience ever. The sales representative I was with was exceptionally helpful and kind as I was shown around the lot. The test drive was nice and the route they have gives you a nice variety of environments to test the vehicle out on. Payment was a breeze and by the time I left I felt as though I knew everyone there. Best lot out on the automile!
I drive over 300 miles to come to this dealership and these service consultants specifically. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I trust these guys completely with anything my car needs- they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need
Our car purchase experience was smooth and the owner is very helpful. We had looked at the exact same vehicle at the dealership two days before for $6000 more. We found our vehicle online and drove up to see it the next day. Mr. Ilya allows you to look at the inventory and does not hover. Very easy transaction. He told my husband when he was ready to buy he could help him find what he wanted as well. Highly recommend!
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Jonh in service, along with other staff are terrific! I love this dealership, they have serviced my car for 12 years and never was I ever disappointed. Had my Q7 serviced on 11/26 at Audi Bedford OH. The cars are luxurious and the dealership, service, etc. is a direct reflection of what you’re getting when you buy an Audi- 5 Diamond Rating-GM
My positive experience with Chris and Carena Motors began with my initial call! All questions were answered immediately with no negative sales tactics. Upon arrival, I was able to be back on the road for the test drive immediately. The car I bought was in great shape with all the features I wanted (which were hard to find). Every car I saw on the internet/lot seemed to be top quality, well maintained, and very fairly priced. They have all vehicles examined and if necessary serviced by an independent third party shop. Chris made my experience with Carena Motors excellent and one that I won't forget! He answered all my questions very thoroughly, honestly, and without hesitation! I would highly recommend Carena Motors and will be recommending them to anyone I come across looking for a car. To help with word of mouth marketing, I will reference and recommend them to all friends, family members, etc. who see/ask about my CR-V whether they're looking for a car or not. Mr. Kasmer was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about their cars. I drove 3.75 hours to buy my BMW because it was a good deal and it was IMMACULATE. The pictures were perfect and the car lived up to their description. Overall a great experience.
Curtis Cheney was fantastic. I have purchased numerous cars in different States and Curtis ranks one of the top sales consultants I have dealt with. I would definitely suggest asking for Curtis to be your salesperson.
We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.

This is an honest business. My son bought a Jeep here and it turned out to have a bad engine. These guys replaced the motor within a couple of days. Wow! I am so impressed with this business. Will recommend every Chance I get!
