I was hesitant to go through the car buying process because of a very bad experience at another dealer (not Audi Bellevue). I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with Rigo as my sales associate. I wasn?t sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but knew I wanted pre-owned. He gave me several options and the honest pros/cons of each. I?ve never purchased an Audi before so he was very good at explaining the differences between Volvo & Audi (I?ve driven Volvos for 20 years). I feel I got a very fair price- a little disappointed in the trade in value, but other than that it was good. My husband wasn?t with me so Rigo came to my house with the paperwork so my husband, who is disabled, wouldn?t have to come to the dealership.

Outstanding vehicle ... gas mileage between 28-32 mpg. Oil changes a bit on the pricey side typically would not take to the dealer there are other options that are less expensive, other than that as long as its under warranty (and that is the case with any high-end vehicle) you are golden.

Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

You want no pressure sales? This auto dealer is great! They are honest and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle through them. I also found out they do consignment of your old vehicle if needed.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

Here is a 2 year review! Never been to the dealership. It is over 2900 miles away from me, however, l did purchase a 2017 ALFA Romeo 4C from them 2 years ago. Still very much enjoying the car! Frank the salesman was very nice to deal with and took care of all my long distance questions. The GSM that handled the paperwork and final details along with setting up shipping is very professional. This 4C was also featured in last springs "ALFA Owner" national magazine as the centerfold! Six years into ownership of my '94 Defender 90. It is by far, the coolest truck on the road. But don't take my word for it. Ask the hundreds of people who have given me the thumbs up, smiles, waves, double-takes, stares of jealousy, stares of admiration and all the combinations thereof. I agree with other reviewers, the scarcity of the vehicle places you in a unique class. More importantly, it makes the vehicle not just maintain its value, but actually increase in value! How many other trucks can claim that? Very few, that's for sure. However, and it's a big however, don't expect it to be plush, quiet or comfy. It was never intended to be, nor does it pretend to be. It is a workhorse elsewhere in the world and a fantastic, fun to drive truck in the states.

Best Land Rover I have ever owned! Total comfort on road trips, looks bigger than it is, fits perfectly in our garage. Highly recommend this to anyone looking into a Defender!

I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.

I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.

My fiancé got me a black Landrover Rangerover Velar 2019 !! I’m in love 🥰 it’s so beautiful, it has so many features I love how I can set my cruise and it will slow me down and speed up with out shutting off my cruise on high way !! I love how the handles on the doors go in to lock and Back out to unlock ! it drives like a dream!! 💭 it’s got lots a space for my two kiddos a nice big trunk ! You will love it !! I definitely recommend !!

The problem people are having with their rover is not the actual mechanical issue as it is the personnel assigned to repair. Let’s face it things happen;it’s up to the technicians to repair the issues, these sorry technicians is the problem.
