This was the quickest and most pleasant dealership experience I've ever had. These guys are in business for the right reasons and won't screw around with you. All the staff at the dealership are true car guys, not annoying pushy salesmen trying to weasel you out of money or talk you into a deal that doesn't make sense. Five out of five stars isn't high enough.
I contacted this dealership via cars.com because they had a vehicle I was interested in. I received a prompt email response from an actual human, not an autogenerated message. I purchased the vehicle a few days later. The entire experience was excellent - no games, no pressure. I scheduled a time to see the vehicle via email, and despite an awful snowstorm that morning, it was ready and waiting when I arrived. They gave me the key and told me to take my time on the test drive and let them know if I have any questions. When I came back from the test drive, they answered my few questions quickly and promised to take care of a minor issue I'd found. I'd negotiated a price, shook hands, and signed a PO within about 5 minutes. I scheduled a time a few days later to come back and pick up the vehicle, and it was again ready and waiting out front at the schedule time - detailed and cleaned incredibly well - this is an 8 year old vehicle but they got it looking truly brand new - you could have eaten off the carpets!
Can't say enough about how easy the process was. I buy and sell cars often but don't typically write online reviews because I find that most dealerships just don't stand out from the crowd. These guys do. For a small town dealership in upstate NY they're a true standout and worth traveling for - besides the great staff, they have a very large selection of really high quality vehicles - I hadn't looked at their inventory other than the one vehicle I was interested in, I was pretty surprised to see the huge selection in their lot when I got there. I'm looking forward to visiting them in the future.
