Worst car ever it’s left us stranded in the road we’ve had to tow it home on its second year. This third year while we were driving it was telling us that the air bag would go off randomly. Just now we were driving to a concert and it’s telling us that the batter is in overload whatever that means. I think it happened because we have the heater on and it’s also told us that there’s an error with the engine. How does this all happen with a brand new car’ This has never happened to me with a Toyota Honda Hyundai dodge or Mercedes before. I bough this car thinking it would be great and range rovers are so popular. I just finished paying it off and I completely regret buying it.
John is very helpful I asked him what I needed to buy a car with no hassle just walk in and sign and he gave me a killer deal im still working with him trying to save up the cash for the down but they are amazing over there

Love the classic box, utilitarian look of this vehicle. Too bad they retired this model and replaced it with a Ford Explorer look-a-like! Test drove this vehicle in off road mode and it handled really well. Such a stable vehicle. Now just gotta find a model in the right color with heavy duty package!
Concierge-level service! I was so impressed by Hamid (Sales Manager), Richard (Sales) & Jason (Finance). Leasing a vehicle here did not feel as if I was completing a typical car sale or lease transaction, it truly felt as if I had a team of advocates helping me. In addition, I was not there for hours which has been my past experience with dealerships (from Volkswagen to Mercedes to Range Rover). They had me in and out while still providing me with a clear understanding of the paperwork as well as the car. Before coming to Hornburg I attempted to do this deal with an auto broker and oh man, MISTAKE. Hamid and Richard not only came in lower on the monthly but also saved me the $800 broker fee. I'm a forever customer and most importantly found a team of car sales representatives that I can trust. Oh and I love my new Jaguar E-Pace.

Performance is awesome. Off reading is amazing and handles well in the snow. Interior is a bit dated but improvements made on the 2019 models

love this car but hard to match value with other in class. Anything less than HSE might as well be a base model Honda. Interior needs more weight and quality feels very cheap
Obviously the Range Rover is the coolest looking SUV on the market, and it has all of the European feel and quirkiness you could want. Is it the only European SUV actually made in Europe? Anyhow, what are these poor quality ratings all about? My prior vehicle was a Touareg TDI, that thing was in the shop 20+ times by this point (30k miles). This has gone in once for a software update to fix a false DEF fluid warning. That was bad as it sort of left me stranded, but otherwise problem free for 30k miles. One complaint is the bottom of the seats are a tiny bit narrow and on long trips becomes uncomfortable. It is possible my big butt is to blame for this one.
The perfect transaction from sale to delivery. Jem Motors is a very professional dealership and the staff is very helpful, honest and very accommodating in all aspects. My vehicle was transported from CA to PA without a glitch. Very professional organization. Will definitely purchase another vehicle from Jem Motors.

Great organization! I purchased a high-end vehicle sight unseen. Chris was awesome by walking me through the process of purchasing a vehicle from out-of-state. I have owned 5 Land Rover vehicles, this is my second RR Sport. I would never own any other vehicle. All other luxury SUV pale in comparison and design. Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, Infinity are all a joke. I’m hooked for life.
Fantastic dealership. The people here are so friendly, I don't know a better place for someone to buy their car. I've bought two cars from here already and I know I'll be back when it's time to get another. They work for the people which I truly appreciate. Other dealerships just look to get the most money from me, but here they care about customer satisfaction. Check it out and I promise you won't regret it.

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.

It's been a great vehicle and I've enjoyed driving it very much. I know that whoever buys this car will have just as much fun as me.
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017

most of the great off road capable vehicles are extinct today. Hummer H1; Defender 90 and 110; and now the LR 4.
Why Land Rover has morphed into an undefinable genre escapes me. I thought they went awry when they killed the 8 cyl.
So, I purchased the last of the great ones (albeit without the heavy duty package) which I hope to enjoy for many years.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Options and customer service. Very hospitable to new guests and potential buyers. Answered every question and if they didn't know the answer wasted no time in obtaining one from superiors.
