I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

Just got my Bronco home to Alaska? after a long month:(. Can?t say how happy I am with the vehicle and have no regrets having gone through BMW-Belview. Amy of Maverick, Dorela from finance dept at BMW, and though he was so often so busy to quickly return my contacts, Salesman Brandon at BMW were all very polite, professional, friendly, and helpful through the process. What I do have a problem with, and which I would request re-consideration about, is the process to finally have the Bronco shipped. Younger son and I had flown to Seattle to look at, test drive three Broncos . A ?22 Bronco at Renton Honda, the ?23 at Belview BMW, and a ?24 at Frontier Ford of Anacortes. We returned to Belvue to take a second test drive in the ?23. I had set up pre approved financing through Global CU here in anchorage. We informed the sales manager of my desire to purchase the ?23, and that I had financing via my bank at home. On returning home to Anchorage, I went to my bank with the contact number for BMW Belview . They called twice, leaving a message . No return call was made. Then I received an e-mail from BMW saying I had to apply for credit check with on line portal. I did that as well as complete the ID verification process. After more than three weeks, my bank informed me that they had received a contact from BMW saying my credit was not approved, with information to both the bank as well to my son to wire the money for the vehicle to them. The Bronco had continued to be advertised on CarMax and actually came down $1,100. Though meaning anyone could have purchased the vehicle. I contacted Brandon to see if I would get the vehicle for the new price.. was later told ?they could couldn?t do that ?. I did have ti go through whole process again as if new order, ?agreement to purchase? , ID verification?. Etc. my loan approval had expired after a month and I had the money wired down through cash from my savings account. Again, I am totally happy with the Bronco, enjoyed interacting with all individuals involved in my purchase, and I?ve no regrets having gone through BMW of Belview. Though given the delay, price decrease in advertising while waiting, need to repeat purchase agreement, and as my bank would have wired the money four weeks before had someone responded to their calls, and they would have wired the money two. days after I was in Seattle, I would ask that the the new advertised price be accepted and I be reimbursed the $1100 difference from what I paid. I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

It was hassle free, no negotiation, best price they could manage. They got me into the truck and driving it within minutes of seeing it, and answered all of my questions/concerns without a hassle. Even the few things missing/issues with the truck were remedied very quickly while I procured the funds for the truck from the bank, it was very efficient.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!
